Very cute place excellent food!!
A good casual place to eat healthy salads. Everything in the menu seemed very interesting to try. I ordered the Kale Cesar with anchovies and the flavor was very good! The only bad thing is the prices - too expensive.
Update: I don't think I want to come back here anymore. The quality went down đđ» cold meatballs and wilted greens. No more spending $$ in this establishment.

Ok, weâve eaten here 3 times during our 5-day stay in Santa Fe. So fresh, well crafted and plated. So many great salads. Nice gluten free spot.

Vinaigrette: Where the Greens Are Glamorous and the Vibes Are Curated
Tucked into a sun-drenched corner of Albuquerque, Vinaigrette is where the salad gets its swagger back. This isnât some sad desk lunch joint serving pre-packaged greens in compostable containers. No, this is where kale gets massaged like itâs at a spa retreat in Ojai, and where your arugula comes dressed to kill, preferably with a side of lemon herb chicken and the existential satisfaction that youâre âdoing something good for your body.â
The place itself is curatedâno, cultivatedâlike a Wes Anderson set redesigned by Goop. Picture reclaimed wood, pastel hues, the faint smell of turmeric and privilege wafting through the air. Itâs got that farm-to-table glow, but make it fashion. You walk in and know exactly who this is for: the yoga mat-toting millennial with a CSA subscription, the silver-haired Santa Fe transplant craving something âclean,â and yes, even the odd food writer pretending not to care about any of it.
We ordered the Kale Caesarâbitter, briny, and perfectly smugâwith a generous serving of lemon herb chicken. There was mac and cheese for our little guy, which, against all odds, came out creamy and sincere. The âBeetâ salad was an earthy, jewel-toned punch of goat cheese, greens, and quiet self-righteousnessâlike a farmerâs market in a bowl, dressed for brunch. Drinks? A turmeric elixir that tasted like it could banish inflammation and your sins, and a green Bloody Mary that hit like a punch from a vegan kickboxer. Everything tasted like a clean conscience.
As for the service, donât expect theatrical tableside flourishes. This isnât that kind of show. Youâll be checked onâeventuallyâbut mostly youâre left to admire the minimalist cutlery and wonder how radicchio suddenly became sexy. Seating is communal, like a Scandinavian summer camp, which means youâll be overhearing plenty of talk about âmicrodosingâ and second homes.
Yes, itâs expensive. And yes, youâre absolutely paying for the vibe. But in a city of sopapillas and smothered green chile, Vinaigrette is a refreshing, overpriced, beautifully pretentious detour. And youâll come back. Because thereâs a part of youâno matter how deepâthat wants your salad to taste like salvation.

First time coming here with a friend and it was the worst experience I've had in awhile. We ordered the Queso and when they brought it out it was stone cold. We didn't touch it and no one check on us to see why we wouldn't touch it. Food took a good 30 minutes for 2 salads and no one checked on us until our food got there. I ordered the cherry tart salad which was ok, but the lettuce cuts were very inconsistent just showed that no one cared. I will not be back for overpriced salads and bad service. Please also do something about all the flies in the restaurant it was very disgusting.

We tried the Asian Chop w Cilantro Lime Shrimp and Beet salad with chicken. Both were fantastically flavorful and in generous portions. Cucumber Pepito soda was delicious as well.

What a wonderful place. Quiet and shaded patio, friendly staff, and great food. My pear, blue cheese, and seared tuna salad was amazing (not pictured) so I had to order a Reuben to go so I could try more of the menu. They even gave me my hibiscus tea in a to go cup for the road. Would highly recommend.

The food was mid and expensive. The wait to get our food was long, the wait to get our ticket was long, and the manager was rude.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I live in very close walking distance and have frequented Vinaigrette many times. Last night was my last time. The service has been absolutely terrible every single time. Each time Iâve ordered a hot plate itâs arrived cold: cold mushroom soup, cold gumbo, and cold cinnamon roll. Waiters take FOREVER to acknowledge you when youâve enter the restaurant: after waiting 10 minutes without acknowledgment last week, I walked out. Once seated, you wait an eternity again to place your order. Whether thereâs one guest or a restaurant full of people, the servers are not equipped to manage.
I want to love this place for its great food options, but when the food arrives cold and 30 minutes late, itâs hard to enjoy the meal even with the nice atmosphere.

Really flavorful food, our dishes came out decently fast and the environment is wonderful if you love to be surrounded by plants. The service was really laid back but professional! Definitely recommend!
