Hello
I bought ONN print cartridges a couple of weeks ago. When I got them home and opened them and placed them in my printer they did not work. We did many things to trouble shoot the problem. However, I ended up running back to your store to purchase higher priced print cartridges.
Today i went to Walmart customer service to return them. First, I was told because I did not have the box I would have to go get an unopened box and bring it back to get the UPC. I did this, when I returned to customer service i was told because the item was opened it could not be returned. I was told i could exchange it. I told the clerk why would I want to purchase an item that does not work. She then said because it was open it could not be returned. I said i had to open it to put it in my printer, if I would have known it was defective I would not have bought it. You could see that they had not been used. I spoke to a manager and she said the policy is they dont take back items that are opened. I said I had to open it to put it in the printer. I said, I can't believe a huge company such as Walmart has this insane policy and I don't appreciate being refused to get my money back. She said I'm not refusing you. I asked for my money back and she said no. That is refusing to give me good customer service and my money back.
I can't believe your stores sell faulty merchandise and expect the customer to know before opening it and then when it's brought to your attention you refuse to refund and accept responsibility.
Very disgruntled customer

It was good
If I could put 0 stars, I WOULD! Today at 6:30pm, we went to Walmart to get a few things, specifically a Bluetooth speaker. As you may know… they are many displayed out to hear how they play- we barely pressed 2 play buttons, and the rude lady working electronic wearing all black and not in uniform screamed at us to “shut up”, as she was working with a customer. “I hear that all day long so annoying” she tells him as he uncomfortably laughs, then proceeds to rudely ask us “do you guys need ANYTHING?”.We weren’t even horse playing either! I believe she needs to be straightened up or talked to, even written up if she’s talking to customers like that. So unprofessional. That speaker was for my nephew’s birthday tonight and we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable by this experience and exchange, causing us to leave. I believe Walmart needs to do some better training and work on training their “team” members on how to properly speak with customers and handle their feelings.
This Walmart is a website the best. They're just making a living and trying to supply us with what we need support of
Their website accuracy sucks! I drove clear across town for a cooler that stated 3 were in stock and the only ones available in 100 mile radius only to find they actually were NOT in stock! Waste of time, money, energy, and effort. This is one reason Walmart struggles so badly!!
My fiancé and I have been shopping at this Walmart for years; for me, it has been my whole life. We have gotten to know many of the employees and always try to be friendly and appreciative. However, the other day, we had a frustrating experience during our usual visit when we needed help scanning an item at checkout.
We were trying to scan all 24 packs of ramen, but during our last visit, an employee showed us an easier way to scan them without needing to do it individually. When we called for assistance, the first employee who arrived didn’t understand what we were talking about. Suddenly, another employee interjected, saying, "I don’t think they scanned the eggs." Her tone came across as rude.
Having previously worked at this Walmart, I recall that we were trained never to assume whether a customer had scanned an item. Although times may have changed, her delivery felt unfriendly. We had seen this employee multiple times before, and she had always been pleasant. Unfortunately, she ended up scanning all the ramen packs individually, and her demeanor appeared standoffish and rude throughout.
After finishing with us, she went to assist another customer, which her attitude changed to extremely friendly and even asked about his day. This customer was Caucasian, while my fiancé is Mexican. We exchanged looks and both felt that her attitude towards us seemed discriminatory. Although these are only assumptions, ever since the DEI initiatives were lifted, it seemed on purpose. We haven't encountered that kind of behavior before. It's upsetting not just for my fiancé but for anyone else who may have been treated differently since the changes at Walmart.
Just basically a normal walmart ,except the automotive dept was awesome, got my oil change, and explained everything that was checked
Clean store, friendly staff.
They have 90% of the items that I buy regularly. Walmart, wasn't too crowded in the AM.
Only one of OTC drugs were covered by FSa card. It was sorta then due to their NDC on their product isn’t in their FSA store system

A lot of great clothing items on clearance! Check out always seems to speedy as well.
Incredible that someone my age has to show my license to buy beer. Most Walmarts in other states have more common sense policies than this. According to the people that work here, I should be able to easily fit in with a high school group and my Grey hair wouldn't tip them off to my elderly age.
Of course it's Walmart, it has it all. But the people that frequent this location and a few others make it not as enjoyable. Not your fault. People need to behave like considerate adults when out and about. Is that hard? Must be, cause people forgot how. All in all a convenient location. I live . 2 miles away from this one and I still go down the hill or somewhere else cause it's such a nightmare at this one. Enter at own risk. But someone can probably say the same about their neighborhood Walmart. I guess it does the trick. Thanks
