The Forking Vegan

first off: check website for location. google location is not accurate. person who took our order was really nice, lemon poppyseed pancakes were delicious and the smothered burrito was really good! good level of spice for me. the location is also really good - ample outdoor seating, plus the little house has coffee, tea, cocktails, etc - plus some zucchini kill vegan baked goods. thoroughly enjoyed this vegan food truck!!

I am not vegan, but I tried this place out and LOVED IT. The Hawaiian Lion bowl is AMAZING. My cousin was playing a show at the lounge \u0026 I felt the need to run over to him with a fork and make him try the food. So good. I kind of want to go right now but I live far as heck. I heard they make desserts and now I totally want to go see if they've got anything on deck. And try the teriyaki tofu. Super good food you can feel good about!

Ok ok ok. Hands down the best vegan spot I’ve found on my travels! In TEXAS TOO!! I swear they only eat meat and kill animals here. Crazy place, but I’m over the TOP happy I found Steph! My vegan savior! I ended up going with the Seasme Lions Mane. My lanta. What a flavor surprise! Everything was organic and made with nothing but LOVE.
