I used Weck's to cater a wedding rehearsal brunch. The food was delicious, the management very helpful, the food was ready on time and the staff helped us load our car. I highly recommend using Weck's to cater your event!
After another Weck's told us they would take a large take out order 20 people. we called back after we collected everyone order they told us they were to busy and could not help. We then called this location and got a hold of the Manger Oscar. He said he would absolutely take our order. said give him about 45 minutes to an hour . He called us about 35 minutes later to let us know our order was ready, once we picked up he had some one come out and help load up our order. Once we returned to the Dealership he had put everyone's name on there orders. He then called back a little while later to make sure our order was correct which it was there were no mistakes. Oscar is a super star I highly recommend this Wecks over the one on Paseo Del Norte

I’m so disappointed in the wecks, as the quality of customer service and care for guest satisfaction has gone downhill over the years. I placed a DoorDash order and they gave it away to the wrong person then when the dasher arrived to pick up the order they said they already gave it away. The dasher graciously called to explain what happened and the informed me that the manager was unwilling to remake the order even though they gave my order away. Sad to say that may be my last interaction with this wecks. Poor management, this is no way to run a business.
