Got wecks delivered and received the soggiest hashbrowns. I've gotten wecks delivered plenty of times from other locations and never received soggy hashbrowns. The hashbrowns are a great compliment to a chicken fried steak, but not this time I was left aghast and disappointed.

When I walk in to get my to go order I hear the hostess cussing. Manager was right there with no care in the world that his staff was speaking that way. I’m not impressed with businesses that allow this behavior especially at was is supposed to be a family friendly place.

This is one of those things where you have to see it to believe it. I’ve never left a restaurant review, even for truly terrible experiences, but this was so outlandish that I felt compelled to. My boyfriend and I ordered from the Paseo location via DoorDash on 11/16/25 a little before noon. I ordered a veggie quesadilla. When it arrived, I was intrigued to find shredded carrots in it. Unorthodox, but forgivable. However, I am so grateful I actually opened the quesadilla. It looks like they tossed a salad inside - and not in a good way. There were almonds, sunflower seeds, what I can only assume was cottage cheese, and a bonus piece of plastic inside. My boyfriend and I were absolutely mind blown that this was considered passable and made it out of the kitchen. The fries were also soggy and had to be air fried to be edible. Boyfriend’s waffle combo was decent at least. Definitely won’t visit in person or order again.
I wanted to make an additional note: I’d like to think this isn’t how their veggie quesadillas are typically prepared, so the menu makes no note of nuts as an ingredient. However, in a case like this where the customer isn’t expecting ingredients like what I found it can be a real danger for those with nut allergies.

So, I’ve been coming here for YEARS. And I have NO IDEA who her name is, but she’s the really old one (I know that’s a little mean sounding, but I have no other way to describe her other than Lady Tremaine hair). Food was AMAZING as always by the way, but it took SO LONG for her to check on me. Then I heard something break before she gave me my drink, I’m assuming she broke a coffee mug before coming out. I don’t know. But it took a LONG time to get my drink, my food, and my bill taken care of and it was just HARD tracking her down or figuring out what was happening with my waitress.

My waiter was great but I was disappointed with the avocado toast. It was missing the fresh green and tomatoes. It could have really used some seasoning also. It was quite flavorless. The bacon was great though.
