Ordered 2 singles with cheese and 2 fries. Received order less than 3 minutes later and order was a burger short. Requested another burger and it was handed to me immediately. Order was not freshly made and the beef had a funny taste. The complete order was a total of $21.82 and the burgers went into the trash. Fries were good. Won't recommend or be going back.

We went through the drive-thru and our order was immediately taken. Cosmic was a very friendly server and was communicating with his team to get us our food as quickly as possible. The best fast food experience I’ve had in a long long time.

The establishment provides excellent customer service, and the food is consistently delicious and satisfying. There is a palpable sense of excitement among the patrons regarding the newly introduced Krabby Patty meal. While I personally adhere to a vegetarian diet and am unable to partake in the consumption of this meal, I can appreciate the enthusiasm and enjoyment it seems to be generating.

Went to get the limited time pineapple frosty. When I got there, I was waiting at the counter for 5-7 minutes before someone came to get my order. Then I was told that they only had chocolate frosty base, not the vanilla as advertised with the pineapple frosty, so I turned around and left. If you have a limited time frosty, you should make sure you have the ingredients for it!

My local Wendy's is pretty nice and being right across the street from Old Town makes for a quick walk for lunch if you are visiting the Valley.
I stood at the front desk for 5 mins for someone to take my order . The manager looked right at me touched the machine and walked away without saying anything to me .

Was served two cold Daves Doubles consecutively. The burgers were cold to the touch with the cheese also cold. The Asiago Chicken Sandwich was also cold with striated chicken. Wendy's is only good if they adhere to their one time motto "Hot and Fresh". Unfortunately fast is the only concern as we watched many delivery drivers pick up food orders.

I would leave no stars, but I can't.I just went through the drive through where they had my order incorrect on my receipt.I reached out to tap on the window and the drive through window moved and banged. Because it's loose and the manager proceeds to yell at me for banging on the window that I didn't Bang on. I touched it with one finger. I will never eat at this location ever again. As long as she's still the manager. What happened to customer service? People that come and order food to eat is what pays those people's wages.
