Got home and was missing my fries for my mobile order...
Aiden was amazing! So kind and patient with me ordering slow.

The food is always cold. There is an employee that looks like he hasn't washed his hair in years and they dont make him wear a hair net. Last order I put in I didnt even pickup because the girl in drive thru was so rude just because I said ice tea when I forgot I ordered a root beer. Asked to cancel and I have never received a phone call or a refund. The corporate customer service is off shores and can not understand them because of the heavy accents. Wendy's is horrible now.

My friend and I went into Wendy's today to get a bite to eat real fast before we went to pay bills. Her phone was acting up, I'm speaking about my friend of course, and she had to add her debit card onto the phone again. Will the people who work behind the counter made us feel very rushed and placed a lot of judgment. We ended up paying in cash for food but we wanted to pay with our card so we asked for a refund and the manager named Shirley told us that she won't do a refund. Which I don't believe it's true but okay whatever. What really made this visit awful was once we walked away from the counter surely went by the camera and started telling her co-workers how we had to quote go pay a bill quote and what she really thought we wanted to do was just go buy drugs with the cash that's why we needed to use our card. There were other customers in the store at the time that this happened. It made it very embarrassing for us to experience. I can't believe that this type of customer service is something that Wendy's allows their so-called general managers to give to their paying customers. You can hear all of them laughing in the back as if we were some sort of joke. Never will come back to this location again and I hope some serious training is done with this so-called general manager who does not know how to treat people whatsoever and just does nothing but please judgment the second a customer walks through the door.

Just ordered a frosty, but usually everything is delicious. Service varies depending on the person they have taking orders, but I can't say any behaviors stand out negatively or positively. (As far as customer service).Overall, good job Wendy's! 👏

When I walked into the location, one employee was sitting there the whole time talking to his friend outside. The other two employees were sitting off to the side talk to me. It took about 15 minutes to get someone to even come up. Finally, an employee came up and asked if I needed anything. Everything I asked for I was told they were out of. It looked like he did not care or did not even look to see if they were really out. If the employees do not want to work then maybe they should allow someone else to take the job over. They were very rude and condescending.

Ask the representative for the eight dollar special 2 bacon fries and a drink. She says that they’re no longer doing it, which I just saw the commercial the day before and when I got home plus didn’t have no receipt in the register. I bet she didn’t know how add paper. When you pay attention to their ads if that’s true

Store opens for breakfast at 7:00 but online ordering doesn't open till 10:00, drive-thru is horrendous
Went today looking for the wensday new combo meal they had no idea what that was. Only took cash which was fine, but the cashier had a hole in his dirty shirt and hat was dirty looked like had oil all over it. Im sorry bad management.
This particular Wendy's gave me bad food and wrecked my stomach. Hair in the baked potato and the workers looked in professional and unkept. Last time I go there.
