Wendy's has a caring manager who goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, even in challenging situations. Despite being short-staffed, the manager provides great service and apologizes for any inconvenience. However, the restaurant could improve on cleanliness, as the floor can be slippery due to water messes. Overall, the food is great and the manager is excellent.
