We picked up our order around 4:30. The burgers were shoved in one bag. Frys were cold. Boxes were half full. But the most disgusting thing was those cinnamon stuffed in a Wendy's cup. Very dry and disgusting. It's crazy how there advertising showing how they are selling cinnamon squares from the original company and were getting dry bread disgusting shoved in a Wendy's cup.Wendy's you can do better. Let's fix it!!!

closed early 12/31 so I didnt get to try this location, i probably wont be back. wendys on central is usually true to the posted times. & 2 cars were ahead of me but they were only taking doordash orders… i guess? i dont know, didnt make a big deal & left. fast food on the westside is the bane of my existence i dont have high hopes anyway

Went just now to get 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry, not only were the buns stale but they didn't even place a patty in one of them, of all things to forget they do the most important thing, I also went previously a few months back and ate inside and the scent in there was real gross

Ignorant manager asked me to stand out in the drive thru line (no car) rather than handing off a completed carry-out order in the lobby. Other employees are helpful thankfully, and allowed me inside to grab the order! Sad that management is so lazy

Ordered a new mushroom double received a single with 1 mushroom slice split into three pieces, Had asked for Asiago cheese on a chicken sandwich and it was also wrong. Restaurant was not even busy and the food quality was terrible

I’m really disappointed at this location,I came to get something to eat and the service it’s really bad the guy who took my order was really rude and don’t have any customer service or patience at all kept telling me what else what else not even a chance to look at the menu then I get my food and it was all over the bag the fries half full. No wonder why this location seems to be always alone due to the lack of good customer service. Then I called to store and no answer what is the point of having a shift manager if they not even pay attention at all. Really need to work on your store and employees with better attitude to work with people I understand people at this point do not want to work, and you have to work with whatever you have. But I’m really upset about this i probably wont come back again and you guys probably won’t care at all.
