Normally my favorite Wendy’s location in ABQ, but tonight I was taken for a spin. Service was almost on par for fast food. Worker no.1 was useless at the window. Was trying to wave for his attention while he stared into an abyss elsewhere. Worker number 2 was fine, or so I thought. She asked rudely if our drinks had came yet, they hadn’t and it had been near 5 minutes. Finally our food came and still no drinks. She apologized with rolled eyes and poured our drinks. We had ordered 2 diet sodas, and were given 2 fully sugared drinks. I noticed only when I went to wash down my overly greasy and ice cold fries. I was now gone and unable to replace my drinks. I simply cannot drink 84-86 grams of sugar, on the fly, so this was VERY upsetting. My other drink (ordered as a diet dr pepper) was also the full sugar variant. If I was diabetic this would be a HUGE problem, and this worker simply lied to my face when I asked if the drinks were diet. Wendy’s please fix this and do better!!

This Wendy’s is absolutely horrible! The service it’s awful all of the employees have an attitude can’t even flash a smile. We stop for some simple tenders and a frosty. We got up to the window to pay and we he women they had working the register was completely rude. We asked if we can grab a bbq sauce and she rudely said she’ll put it in the bag and asked us to pull up to the door and wait for th food. We wait and she came out and the a bag and forgot the frosty. We told her in a very polite way we r missing the frosty she didn’t say anything but roll her eyes and turn around and go back inside. I completely understand the viral videos you see if people running in and jumping over counters at these people.

Tonight at 10:24pm Absolutely unprofessional, waited in the drive through for my meal and the whole crew is outside forgetting my order. My order was not started until 10 min after I was waiting. Three employees waited at there car. Highly unprofessional.

Employees had gotten confused with chicken and meat I ordered a two double meat cheeseburger and gotten chicken instead and then they said that I should have checked it before I left reality he should have made it the right way in the first place

I usually like the asiago ranch chicken club but there was something not right with it and the manager was not great to deal with...
I waited in line for almost 10 minutes for a simple biggie bag everything is cold in it no wonder this location has a 3-star rating the poor workers didn't even have any help terrible management and it's not on the management that night it's whoever the store manager is

First of all, waiting at the ordering speaker for a good five minutes without acknowledging me even to say it’ll be a few minutes. So I then order our meals, then when I get to the window to pay she gives us or drinks one of the drinks is lemon when I ordered tangerine and mentioned to the cashier not the right drink she said yes it and turned around rudely and left. Someone else, I think it was the cook brought us or order. I really didn’t want to make a scene cause there were other vehicles waits as well. But anyway, the cashier should be fired along with the manager they’re responsible for there employees. I don’t care if she has a family to feed, that’s her problem for not doing her job correctly. Out of all the restaurants/fast food places around the area I chose to eat at Wendy’s but that’s the last time I’ll ever eat there and am spreading the word, that’ll kick you in the butt as the owner. Not professional
Employees and that says who you are if you don’t do something about your nasty rude paid employees. Oh this happened at 11:00 am Friday the 3rd. I see Wendy’s gets bad reviews already and my guess nothing has changed. Remember bad reviews says who you are and your business. Doesn’t take much to be a good/friendly business. Be one of the good guys👍

I guess I should've read the reviews! 1 star because she at least gave me a cup of ice and the DP was good. I usually check my food, it's been awhile since Ive been to a Wendy's and usually no complaints. I didn't receive a receipt so I didn't call back, already back to work 10 mins later. The food was semi warm 🤢🤮 & taste was awful. The food looked like the picture in the last review 🤦🏽♀️

We rand into an extremely rude employee working the drive through. She was yelling at everyone going through the drive through, she said because its windy but when I ended up having to also speak over the wind she accused me of yelling at her. When I tried to explain quieter that I was trying to speak over the wind she couldn't hear me. When I raised my voice back up she accused me of yelling at her again and refused service. You could hear her from 2 cars back yelling at everyone from the drive through, she had a rough rude tone, and the gentleman ahead of us just gave in and refused to deal with her.
She ended up being the MANAGER of this establishment, they ended up getting our order wrong as this was a second time though the drive through for them to correct the order.
The first time through the drive through she read everything back to me correctly but when we got our food we were missing fries and a drink for my wife's order, and we didnt notice until we had already driven away.
We will never give out business to this Wendy's EVER again. We had a horrible experience in this drive through.
Just dont go on windy days and maybe you will be fine? 🤪

Very very bad in everything! It doesn’t deserve not even a star. I waited in the drive through to order 20 mins no line, when I got to order I have to repeat my order 3 time when I got to the window the order was wrong! I orders the new nacho loaded cheeseburger and they told me they don’t sale that! When they have it right on the order Stan… very bad customer service, when asked for the nacho loaded and they told us that’s a different price so you do have it I told her
We went there ordered the biggie deal food was cold when got drinks they were awful All full of carbonated told the manager she did nothing I don't think she knew how to fix it people were waiting that place is not the place to go to.manager did nothing to help us worth less employee.
