My wife wanted wendys and of course they forgot all of our add on and utensils and charged us for the extras...wow grown men in their 30's at least and can't get your order right...I gues you guys are desperate for employees so you hire used up albuquerque gangsters...never again eff you whoever the owner and manager are.

I placed an online order and arrived but the lobby was closed due to short staffed. I couldn't fit my commercial vehicle in the drive thru so Brandon the manager made my order and brought it to me and apologized profusely for the inconvenience even tho i let him know I was in no hurry and understand being shortstaffed. Food came out great and great manager for caring about his customers. ?

I don’t generally have problems with this place except for the fact that they’re never open when they say they are. I arrived at 11:30 to pick up a mobile order I placed 30 minutes prior and they’re speaker says they’re closed so they always end up closing early which as a food service worker I get to an extent if I showed up even 10 minutes before close but I arrived way before. This place has always had this issue even when their hours were shortened they still never stay open until the time they say

January 26,2024, Wendy's Sequoia branch Albuquerque around 4pm...very bad service....takes long time in the drive thru and when finally you had your order....missing french fries and nuggets....only drive thru at that time the store is close so if you want to get the missing order, you had to go back in the drive thru that takes forever!and to think there's a lot of crew inside.What are they doing!
