Definitely the most fresh Wendy’s on this side of town but Naomi girl you need to chill with the attitude and stop being so miserable. She’s not the only one but the worst one yet. I had a family member say the same I’m not sure if it’s the same girl but safe to assume at this point.

When u have 5 ppl working and no one up front taking orders and I have to wait 10 min and counting just to be asked how can I help you. Its ridiculous every unorganized and unaware what's going on. Only reason why u have two star is after waiting 20 min the food at least good

All my stars are for Tanya. She is the only reason I keep coming back. I think the location would be out of business if not for her.NO STARS for Yesenia (not sure of spelling). She is very rude and unprofessional. I saw her yell at a young man because he asked her for a plate. Embarrassing.

So I decided to go to Wendy’s for my lunch break today and since I am on a time limit, I decided to order through the app when I get there, I find my name and grab my food and go to the counter so I could ask the lady working in the cash register for my drink as I was walking towards the counter, the lady stopped me and told me where my receipt was so I didn’t hesitate and I showed her my receipt and she said that wasn’t enough proof that that food was mine. I placed the food down and I asked her how can I access my receipt with my name and she continue to say I don’t know how to work the app. She then grabs my food and takes it to the back counter and tells me “when you can prove that the food is yours, I will give you your food and drink”. At this point, I was angry, because I have never been asked to show proof that the food was mine on the bag. It had my initials, and I told her my full name, yet she still did not have my food. After looking through the app I finally found the receipt with my name on it, and she handed my food. I can’t believe we need to start proving food is ours. Definitely won’t be ordering online anymore.

The cashier Jennifer was rude and inconsiderate. She didn’t even get my grandmas order when I asked her. I also had a question about the app and she said she would do it at the end. But when I checked my receipt the deal was not added. I went to go tell her about it and she was giving me attitude.

Orders a Coke Zero for a reason, not because I’m watching my weight!!! Drinks were handed to us we asked which one is Coke Zero it’s not marked . The girl turns to her female coworker and asked the female looks at them. Pokes a couple of markings then tells the girl holding the drink ok just go waving her off. It took 2 of us telling her to remake them. I’m a diabetic and will not risk having regular soda. Unless Wendy’s wants a lawsuit for killing me or someone else. Get it right!!

Been coming here since the placed opened. Order online quite often almost once a week. We use my wife's account so she can get the points and use for free stuff for lunch for work. I go pick it up while she orders ahead of time. I felt judged this time by some ignorant kid who asked to see the order on my phone. Never have I been asked this. Delaying my order food gets cold. Didn't want to give me general manager name so I can contact them.
