If I could leave a zero review I would. I ordered a large chili with raw onions nothing else. My husband gets home and the chili has cheese and NO ONIONS! They also included someone else's order. I called to tell them they needed to have Doordash deliver the right order since it was their mistake. They refused. Never again will I order from Wendy's ...horrible service

I requested a special order jr. burge: please press out grease w spatula only lettuce& onion. Was horribly over cooked w no juices left in it &dried totally out. The nice lady mgr. checked me out.There was another mgr? there; regional? I told him if he would give me a wet cloth; I would wipe dn. the counter where some spills were. I was serious that I would help. He was both curt& rude;said it gets that way when they get busy.That's true but, they were no longer busy& I believethe store was empty. I told him that my table was also dirty last week. He said, so sit at a different table. Lady mgr. asked him2get my keychain frosty. I only wanted1 inch2avoid so much sugar. He gave me2inches (b/c it's diff.2get only1inch out)he was surley, but got another cup&gave my friend half.Wegotdrinks& sat down2 eat. My burger was totallycold&dried out. The male mgr.approache d our table&asked how everything was&was the food good? I told him my burger was cold. He said if you want all the juice pressed out, it would be cold.I told him I only ask ed2havegreasepressed out,not all the juices&told him it wasn't cold lasttime He said I shouldcook it myself. I said I would like him to walk away. He hesi tated a bit but did so.Awo man camein2be interview ed&I tried2eat my jr. bur ger. Rude window worker needs hygiene education 10:30Am and fries were Old / Cold and Burnt no napkins no condiments even after I asked i was told it's in the bad and nothing I ordered a large and my container of fries was 1/2 full OR empty however you want to view it I like to take surveys because you get a discount. When I gave her the receipt with the discount number. She totally ignore it. Charge me. Full price for my order. When I brought it to her attention, she stated she'd never rang it up before you would think knowing I'm giving you a coupon from a survey. You would have made my order correct. Or at least bin a little bit more on your toes to make sure the customer's order was correct. Then I asked for my receipt so that I can make another survey. She didn't want to give it to me. I think she was afraid of the honesty.I will not be going back to that wendy's

I waited a long time for my food. Several people who had been behind me got theirs. I had to go ask. Cashier said it wasn't made and my order had been deleted. I showed my receipt a d they magically found my order. It wasn't even warm. It sat so long.

Photo doesn’t show how disgusting the food was. The chicken in the nuggets felt soggy and was cold. My chicken sandwich tasted and smelt horrible. The fries as soon as we got them were not good and felt like they’ve been sitting for awhile. Not sure what is going on with this Wendy’s but it’s seriously not okay. We feed all of our food to our dogs.. our last 20$ and it went down the drain.
