This Wendy’s used to be good. But all the recent reviews basically explain it. I’m so upset that today I ordered food. They told me to park and wait. 20 minutes go by, no one ever came. I walk inside and ask what’s going on. The girl that helped me was so nice, I wish they offered some free food or something to make up for forgetting about me. But the men there just seemed annoyed like I was an inconvenience. 😂

The clerk was a little rude. I asked to replace my fries with the baked potatoes (diabetic and coul eat the potato later. They gave me both and charged me. Just cold and dismissive human. Oh well. It was drive up and I love Wendy's Asiago chicken.

This place is disgusting. The employees looks dirty, the food is never hot or remotely fresh and every soda I've tasted from this location tastes like mold because I guarantee they've never once cleaned the lines in the machine. No one ever says hello, thank you or any ounce of common courtesy. Every piece of chicken I've tried here is dried out beyond belief and completely inedible. The hamburgers are even worse and taste like they've been sitting around for days and the fries are possibly the worse fries in all of Albuquerque. This may sound like I'm exaggerating but believe me this location needs to either be shut down completely or be taken over by people who actually care and know what they're doing. How this location hasn't gotten someone extremely ill (or maybe it has) is beyond me. Absolutely horrendous food!
