Came with coworker to get our online orders. The person in front of us had a burger open on the counter that he was fingerbanging. When he realized it wasn't his. He handed it back to the employee who then was going to reserve it to my coworker. When he asked him to remake it cause that's gross they groaned at him.

Went to Wendy's for lunch the other week with my daughter and mom and it was awesome! I hadn't had Wendy's in a really long time and got the chicken sandwich/nuggets/fries/coke and it was fresh/delicious. We ate inside and the ambiance was very relaxing and comfortable. I guess this specific location remodeled the inside and it's very nice and clean. Definitely recommend đ

The place was freezing, obvious the heat wasnât working then donât have the dining room open. The clerk had an attitude. The booth seats were all torn, place was dirty. NEVER will I step foot into this place again.

They are so used to having homeless people around here that when you go in as a customer they automatically treat you rude and suspicious. Their customer service sucks.

I was treated poorly at this store tonight. I placed a carry-out order through the app at around 8 pm and attempted to pick it up by entering the store. The app notified me that store dining closes at 10 pm. However, at around 8:30 pm, the staff worker did not let me enter the store and refused to give me my order. He insisted that the only way for me to get my order was to come with a car and pick it up. He was mistaking because my order was 'carry-out' type and not 'drive-thru'. Whether it was an error by the staff of closing the store too early or an issue with the app, the staff had the opportunity to resolve the situation and hand me my order while communicating with me. Instead, they chose to exploit the situation and refused to give me my order.

I wanted to order a Dave's triple combo and apply a $2 off a premium combo offer from the app. They scanned the offer, but it glitched out and didn't go through on their end. The cashier was trying to help me out and was nice and respectful. Eventually, the cashier called the manager over to help. However, the manager refused to give me the $2 off and claimed he couldn't manually enter the discount. He gave the statement "Well I didn't make the app" in a rude, disrespectful, and condescending tone as the reason for not giving the discount. I left and went to McDonald's. I will never come back to the University and Central location. Terrible customer service skills!!! I suggest going to another location that won't scam you and will treat you well.

All of the food was cold. We didn't get our frosty. Our drinks was wrong. And we ordered a baked potato w/ onions and sour cream with chili added but it came with green onions, no salt no butter no sour cream and no chili which we paid extra for it to have! Absolutely ridiculous. Would have demanded it fixed but it was doordashed and we had just driven 14 hours
