Came in for a Dave's Double. Both the cashier an manager were very polite and attentive. Double and fries were good. Dining room was a little cold but didn't take away from the experience.

This place is slow and gross. Took 15 minutes to get through the 4 car drive through line. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Once up to the window I saw someone inside drop the chicken filet on the floor, then pick it up and toss it is the fryer. This was after I already paid. I decided to just leave. They got a small donation. Wasn’t worth fighting them over a refund. Stay away from this place.

I just ordered a three piece chicken strip meal. First they said they didn’t have any chicken tenders then they said we have three piece left. I waited ten minutes for this. My fries are Cold tenders are hot and burnt. The gentleman who took my order could have cared less and the female that brought it out had the personality and demeanor of a paper bag. not a lick of customer service to be found anywhere.

I went into the lobby today, stood at the order counter for about 5 minutes before being met with the two employees behind the counter asking me, “How did you get in the lobby?” The door was unlocked, and there were already several people inside eating. This wasn’t just a one-time issue either—my last two visits here have also been marked by rude and unprofessional customer service. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend visiting this location.

One street away and if there’s not one car in line you can do Wendy’s for your lunch break but since they only take and make one order at a time you can’t have them on your lunch break. Not sure if they’ve been understaffed for the last year but only go if you have 30mins to wait for a salad…

I love Wendy's but this location did not meet expectations. Went to get a frosty and they said they didn't have any. Decided to get burgers. One of my burger patties was so burnt it had the texture of jerky. The employees seemed like they had no desire to be working and were honestly pretty rude. Won't be going back to this location.

Drive thru is slow. The lady that helped me, it seem like something was wrong wit her. She could not tell me how much my order was and she over charger my card. She took out what I had in my card. The only time I didn't ask for a receipt this happens. I tried calling back no answer or ring. This sucks!

My food was cold instead of giving me a diet soda they gave me a regular soda. I ended up throwing my food away. I can't get a hold of anybody from the store so I can get a refund on my disgusting food.
