Got the wrong food. I ordered the classic chicken meal. They gave me something spicy. What ever I got was spicy as hell and has been destroying my guts for the last hour. Never again. Guy doing drive thru was nice though.

Asked for mods due to allergies, when I received my food it had the items I requested not to be on it but the cashier had the cook fix it pretty promptly.

Stopped in with my Team after a long day of work, with a New Mexican VIP as our Client. 3 Burgers, and 3 Frosties. Was informed all they had was "Strawberry." In which we accepted, in the Drive Thru. The lady that took our order seemed nice, but noticed the Wendy's other staff hovering over her, kind of standing around not doing much and found this odd. Got Home with the Food. Burgers where cold, and our Client said "This does not taste right." Did not finish his sandwich, we was hungry. Our driver said "My Burger tastes Old." At this point we discovered that they served is Strawberry Milkshakes in small cups as if they were "Strawberry Frosty's" and charged for Frosties and got melting Milkshakes. DO NOT EAT AT THIS WENDY'S. Something is amiss and Corporate needs to immediately investigate this location. NO GO NO GO NO GO 25 Dollars what a waste of time, food and our Local VIP not Happy.

I get there after 10:30 and was really wanting a frosty and something to drink they had already shut down the frosty machine. They didn't have any sugar cookies either. Also the person working drive thru really needs to be wearing a hat and also tuck his shirt in. Based on his appearance he didn't look very professional. I also wasn't given a reciept

I went inside the restaurant and ordered a frosty and ff. I didn't specify chocolate or strawberry frosty & cashier never asked. I pick up my food & it is a strawberry frosty. I said I wanted chocolate not strawberry. She says they are out of chocolate. I stated she never asked if strawberry was ok & its not & I want my money back. A manager came out & said they don't do refunds but I can have anything else. I said I didn't want anything else, i wanted ff & chocolate frosty but was never told there was no chocolate, not my fault but her employees. She rolled her eyes and gave me my money

Very rarely are they open, most of the time they are only open for doordash orders. Usually out of something or mess up your order somehow. Really rude staff as well.

There was a male employee who cussed and complained because he had customers . The manager said nothing to him and seemed to share his irritation. So even though the food was decent we were made to feel uncomfortable and now I know why majority of people went through the drive thru.

Wait 30 min to be verbally abused by the shift manager and still get cold food that is wrong! Hey young lady shift manager, you don’t get to verbally abuse customers and get away with it! I already called corporate on you. You can laugh all the way to the unemployment line! Also picture of the onions on my burger ordered with NO onions!

Don't answer phone then take it offline so they don't need to take calls. Way to avoid doing business. Too bad. Other Wendy's locations have been great.

Can't give an accurate review on the actual food....they took so long I had to get out of line n leave and there was only 1 other car infront of me it was early in the morning
