My wife and I took our grandson to dinner. It seemed like a skeleton crew working and only 1 other table of patrons eating. All the tables needed cleaning. We waited quite awhile for our food, and when we got it my and the wife's Hamburgers were cold, the cheese was not even melted. The fries were cold as well. We didn't ask to have the food remade as we had an appointment to attend. Very disappointing visit. This store used to be really busy and had great food.

Got the $5 special which in my opinion is a pretty good deal because you get a burger, fries, chicken nuggets and a drink. Tonight the fries were warm at best and the bun for the burger was cold and firm. The nuggets were perfect.

Ordered 2 Biggie Bags took 20 min to get Dine-in service went up to the counter twice and employees just looked at me and talked amongst each other while my Chile and Fries sit in a box and cup on a back counter.When I finally got my food the cashier had a attitude and said you haven't gotten it yet and got upset when I asked for new Chile and Fries after I called the corporate number and was told the G.M. would get in contact with me and that was almost 3 weeks ago this Wendys is Horrible unless you're a friend of the workers here

I just got home from going the drive thru. Of this, Wendy's and I have to say this place is garbage. They served me and child some old ass burgers and some old ass fries and when you call to complain, no one answer the phone. I'm sick paying all kinds of money to only get nasty food. I'm so freaking disappointed because my son was so freaking hungry that he forced himself to eat this crap.

I got food poisoning from here I been sick bad for 2 days from the biggie bag the worst sickness never eating here again and my burger wasn’t even cooked the fries tasted like old oil like very old and everything just tasted bad

The young lady with colored hair at the drive-through last night was very rude was ignoring my questions didn’t give me my receipt when I received my food. It was very cold. Everything was just thrown in my bag and misplaced And then she proceeded To slam the window in my face, I do plan on making my rims at this store again to see if service has gotten any better cause. I was very unpleased to make it a problem with the managers.

1 star all around for this location. Every item in my order was made incorrectly, the buns on my burger stale and inedible. Unfortunately I had made it home by the time I realized the issues with my order and the only solution the manager provided me with was "bring it back and we'll we remake it. My managers say I can't give out no refunds". This manager was extremely rude and would not allow me the chance to finish speaking and ended up hanging up on me and then refused to answer my calls. She refused to give her supervisors name and number stating she did not know their name or number and go to the store to get that information. This managers name was Gina and she was highly unprofessional and I see why with her leadership The crew struggled so much with my order when I was the only car in the drive thru

The burger meat was old fries were old nuggets cold the sprite tasted hella weird. This place sucks for food in the evening. Did order 4 frosty last minute and was taken care of at that time.
