It was hot in the restaurant then the cashier was a older Hispanic lady named Leticia and rude she needs better customer service skills with the special needs community. If the system isn't working to add points or redeem there should be something posted. 🤔

So, I ordered a fairly large meal for my family during breakfast, took quite a while for my food, and then I get home and start eating. A screw was found cooked into the fries. I returned and asked for a refund, the person then said the manager had to approve it and they would call. Never got a call. Never got my refund. Very frustrating. Edit- got everything sorted, mistakes happen, at least the manager was nice

The night shift here is absolute garbage. They never get the order right and they are always closed.At least a half hour before their posted hours. And it never fails to take longer than 10 to 15 minutes, even when there's no cars. Hi, welcome to regard for your viewing moa. Today, no. No, do you have any unsweet tea right now? I ordered in drive thru on 7/16 around lunch time. The woman with the pretty eyeshadow at the window was the nicest Wendy’s employee I’ve ever met. She was so kind and sweet! Thanks for making my day a bit less stressful!

If I could I would rate at zero. Horrible customer service, charged 2 times different amounts. They couldn't be bothered to fix it telling me to just call bank. And we dont steal because we have cameras. We'll if it was a computer glitch both amounts would have been the same not too completely different amounts 1 minute apart. Beware of this location and dont trust them to do right by you. Had to call corporate office. And was told we're to busy for management to talk to you. Sounds made up but it's not. Wonder how many others they have stolen from who didn't catch it. 🤔
