It's so sad that adults can't follow simple instructions when it comes to buying food at a fast food restaurant anymore even though it's really simple to follow directions they just simply cannot follow a single direction and it's really sad that you pay your hard-earned money to places like this to mess up your order and if you ask for any assistance you get none especially from Wendy's yet again another dissatisfied customer at a horrible Wendy's I will not be shopping at Wendy's anymore you guys should be ashamed of yourselves grow up

Today 1/8/25 approximately 2:30. The cook, some Hispanic older dude was eating pizza and bagging chicken nuggets and fries. That's super unsanitary. I politely asked the lady at the cash register to please make sure my food is handled with clean hands. She took offense to that and said I should go somewhere else. Will also let the health department know. It's on video

The lady that was at the window today 11/13/24 around 4pm taking orders and talking to customers shouldn't be the one to deal with customers if she hates her job so much! Put her doing something in the back so she can be angry away from customers!

2:30pm today we recvd HORRIBLE service at the Old Town drive up. As I was ordering each item the young girl taking our order wouldn't allow me to finish my sentence before loudly saying, "ANYTHING ELSE!!! ANYTHING ELSE!!!" I finally said, "Well yes I DID HAVE MORE TO ORDER BUT OBVIOUSLY YOUR IN A HURRY, so that's it!" I drove up and as I was waiting she & another worker were just talking & laughing. I have nothing bad to say about laughter but this behavior was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! She opened the window, quickly grabbed my card, gave it back (aggressively gave me my drink & slammed the window) while saying, "thank you". She cont her conversation & noticing I was still there her n the coworker laughed & she pushed forward my food, again slamming the window! We specifically chose Wendy's for the kids meal toy. No toy, no napkins, no spoon for the frosty & NO RECEIPT! Without a receipt I couldn't prove anything. Because we had to be somewhere I called 4 times but got no answer! I'm beyond frustrated. I hope management sees this review and retrains this employee especially if she's going to be communicating with the public!

5 visits to drive thru, using the app, this year since January. One, they were out of potatoes and could not adjust app order to show missing items and return my money. App too difficult to demand refund or complain. Many months later, Nov. 19 24, app order, they forgot my fries. Though nice management, this place lacks attention to details, and the app seems created for theft through inconvenience.

I've been coming to this Wendy's for years it's down the street from my house. Anyway this isn't about the food which is consistently pretty good for fast food. For about the past year I've been going there the crew is just not very pleasant, ever. Doesn't matter if it's 12pm or 8 pm... They don't really greet you, they don't say have a nice day, you ask for ketchup or anything they kind of act like youre bothering. Kinda just throw your food at you with a weird attitude. When I pull up I literally know it's not gonna be a nice experience. This staff might need a little re training on general interaction with customers.

Went after a long night at Old Town to try the new Krabby Patty and Pineapple under the sea drink and not that bad will probably get again but was disappointed that there was no Pineapple drink? Maybe next time. ?

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had very rude. Ordered a biggie bag double stack rude women saying she was general manager is then. Acting like she doesn't like her job acting like im being annoying customer asking what comes on the burger. I order my meal the new kraby for her not to ask a single thing do I want a double stack no nothing. She has 0 customer service. Call back to complain and she gets on the all ghetto saying I took that order u have a good day raising her voice I will not and I will recommend ppl to not longer go to this location thank u for the terrible experience. If I could give u no stars I would. Really hope they get there employees in place that if not how u treat a customer.
