I enjoy Wendy’s but this time they didn’t allow me to up my drink size from a small to a medium with the 4 for 4 combo deal. When I asked why I was just told they weren’t allowed to. It really doesn’t make sense especially since it’s more a cost for me. And I was willing to pay more. Very odd and not a good customer service move.
I think the employees at this Wendy's at Eubank, must have an excellent manager. Everyone was so friendly. It's rare to see a fast food restaurant with such great customer service.
Well i went in last night had a simple order well the manager tell the lady that took my order to give me my money back because he wasn't going to make more baked potatoes so then she proceeds to tell me if I want fries with bacon on it on the house so of course I said yes turns out it was a bunch of leftover bacon that was burnt it was the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten it was fries with cheese sauce and bacon the bacon was disgusting black it was horrible I will never...read full review
