Had a bad experience at this location on San Mateo it took 40 minutes they told me to pull up and I had to wait because it was for my family no one came out and even told me they didn't have cookies or that it would take 40 minutes and when I backed up to go to the window it took awhile but they handed the food over and when I handed it to my family the food was all missing items and burned or really hard the customer service was pretty bad 👎

I come here all the time the food is great but the service is terrible! No one seems happy to be there and no matter how I order either at the drive thru or on the mobile app to try and speed up the process. They are so slow and I always have to pull off from the window and wait almost 10 min every time. What is the point of a drive thru if you have to pull forward or pull in a space no matter if there is a line or not to wait forever for your food. The process seems a little broken in my opinion.

The workers here are garbage . It’s 9:20, I tried to grab some food and they said they were closed. They just sit in the lobby to waste hours , and help nobody. When they need a real manager and worker, hit my line. This Wendy’s sucks . I hope all they employees get fired

Placed a mobile order for this location at 930pm, was there to pick it up at 940pm they don't close till 10pm. Nothing, no answer the drive thru. Lights on cars in he parking lot but the door was locked and no one was visible in the restaurant. I waited for 10 mins at the drive thru hoping someone would answer, alas it wasn't to be. Sad to say but I think this was my last attempt to give them my money. Hopefully I can get a refund for my mobile order.

This Wendy’s is closest to my job so I often try to grab lunch. Unfortunately, my food is always a 6-10 minute wait even though I order 10 minutes early on the app. There’s NO ONE here in line or in the store — but I have to wait just the same. I’m going to go other places because it’s just too frustrating that this happens EVERY TIME.

The guy who took my order was a manager an let me tell you he was not a very good manager!!! He didn't seem like he wanted to be there he took my whole order wrong and as I was ordering he keep saying " okay was that it" like no it's not it because I didn't say I was done!!! This manager needs to step down! I order 3 Biggie bags and wanted one to upgrade one of the biggie bag fries to a med but no he charged me a med fries then gave me only 2 small soda and when I asked for my 3rd soda he said I didn't order one but the receipt clearly says 3 soda!!!

I've loved wendy's since i was in high school and this is by far THE WORST location in Albuquerque. In the time it takes for them to cart out your (usually incorrect) order, you may as well go down the street to mcdonalds, enjoy a meal or two there, and come back to this wendy's to wait another thirty minutes for your food. The staff is, most usually, pretty incompetent—digging through bags trying to find YOUR order (they still give you the wrong one most of the time, despite having bagged it moments prior). I'd attribute this to a lazy or sloppy manager, or maybe a brain sucking virus that has wiped out any intelligent life. It seems more likely than someone being that lazy, even by fast food standards. Sitting in the 30 minute drive thru line really makes you ponder why fast food. Why wendy's. Why this one in particular. None of the answers make sense, and perhaps I'm the foolish one for coming back here again. Would not recommend.
