Wetzel's Pretzels

I love going to wetzels over auntie Ann's any day not for just the better pizza pretzel (imo)but the great owners that work there I love this place!!!

Maybe it was just a bad batch, but my pretzel had no flavor. It basically tasted like plain dough, and it was so greasy. Auntie Anne’s is much better.

If this is the location on the bottom floor of the mall. I attempted to place an order with an employee who did not speak English nor understand English. It was very hard to understand and communicate with him. I placed my order and he kept telling and showing me his 2 fingers saying two minutes and the pretzels will be ready. We'll he forgot and burned them. I was waiting for much longer then 2 minutes I received them and just left. I also noticed he had gloves on to ring me up, use his phone, and prepare and cut the dough to make more pretzel. The entire time I was there he did not change out his gloves once. I was pretty disappointed and mostly likey wont be back.

Me and my granddaughter went for pretzels today at Coronado center the gentleman working there was a wonderful with my 5-year-old granddaughter and he made our pretzels fresh and hot they were wonderful we will definitely go back again.

I only tasted it one time with almond gotta taste it again though but so far not bad not bad at all. Liked it. Gotta taste it with other flavored toppings before I can make final decision. I know this is for sure though Watch out Auntie Anne's u got some competition now. Oh by the way speaking about Wetzel's pretzels ur things that u supposed to click on don't work u should get them to work or else people can't get there points or anything. gotta get that working.
