Old atmosphere. Foods mediocre. However the front cashier Heather is the best person I’ve encountered at any Whataburger in town. She was very respectful, very kind and delivered my food with a smile. I hope management acknowledges this and helps her out with some sort of reward, thank you for creating a memorable visit. Burgers were cold. I took off the buns and felt the middle of the patty and it was cold. Fries were soggy and the berry drink I ordered was sour(not their fault, but still gross).
Lady at the window they hand you the food, not the cashier window, was rude. A simple question was met with a curt answer like she was annoyed I asked.

Told them large, verified large at the window, paid for Large.. This is what I received.. Is it really that hard to fill the fries to the top? It's my fault for not checking the bag before leaving and trusting the workers to do their job correctly. Edit: Burger is ICE COLD. I waited in line for at least 10 minutes..... Obviously the fries are cold too. This location is usually decent. Pretty crazy to be served an ice cold burger at noon on a Saturday.

The Service is slow it takes forever every time I go they always mess up my order I order the same thing every time and they can’t do it I ask for extra extra jalapeños and get a lil the buns are molded they always only have 2 people working at night that’s crazy
