I ordered a #2 and added cheese and green chilli. I guess when you do that they take off the lettuce tomato and onions.. I would recommend the employees listen a bit more and any customer look at your shit before you leave cause it’s probably wrong. Love spending money on stuff that’s incorrect!

Parking: It’s not a very big parking lot and it’s hard to get in and out if you’re just picking up inside because the drive-through is right there so you have to watch out for the people in the drive-through and to get in and out is a little bit of a pain, especially when they’re busy late at night or during the rush times

Trash trash trash this girl is ridiculous it's 224 am I been in the car over 8 hours we order three number ones and they give us three dry ahh burgers so I whip back around and she's like well u didn't say u wanted s meal I said well imma need that then she tried to charge us 14.99 for three Fry's and two cokes cause I got my bs maltind u it looks like chocolate cause they overdosed on the malt powder that lady need to leave her miserable attitude at home

Service was terrible I asked for no lettuce or pickles and it was in the receipt and I already got home and didn’t want to go back since I’m pregnant then tried to say they didn’t put pickles or lettuce when i took it then she then said she didn’t say that when she clearly said she had to see it since the cook said he didn’t put it in the burger then tried to refund us for a card when we clearly paid cash.

Super expensive. For 3 burgers it was 27.86? Not even meals or drinks. The security guard said we had to leave the parking lot after being there 20 mins when we were just trying to eat our food

I love Whataburger but this was my worst experience the food of course was for the most part good but the pickles on my burger where all in one spot the workers where so annoying pulling out there phone an texting while taking my order an over all horse playing around the restaurant an being loud never want to come to this location ever again.
