Old atmosphere. Foods mediocre. However the front cashier Heather is the best person I’ve encountered at any Whataburger in town. She was very respectful, very kind and delivered my food with a smile. I hope management acknowledges this and helps her out with some sort of reward, thank you for creating a memorable visit. Burgers were cold. I took off the buns and felt the middle of the patty and it was cold. Fries were soggy and the berry drink I ordered was sour(not their fault, but still gross).

Lady at the window they hand you the food, not the cashier window, was rude. A simple question was met with a curt answer like she was annoyed I asked.

LEX young lady was so kind l truly appreciate especially at my age she helped me order 65 of age and every one else in store was unbelievable Greeted so nice l will be back For sure please take note 11/3/2025 10:17am
