First time ever having whataburger. Bun was very stale, and probably the worst patty i’ve ever had on a fast food burger. The service wasnt any better. After an awful day all i wanted was a nice sandwich.

First time trying Wataburger and was impressed with the customer service. Cashier took his time and gave solid recommendations. I had the double burger with cheese added grilled onions and mayo- double toasted. The place was clean as well.

If it weren't for the manager Ruben Garcia and the older lady in the front. The blonde lady unfortunately I didn't get her name but if it weren't for them I would have given less than one star if possible. They forgot to put meat on the burger and when my husband called the person who answered was pretty rude. But Ruben made it right, we appreciated him and his courtesy.
