Hadn't been in this location in a few years because of previous experience. Went in today and had the most positive experience. The service, beginning with the young man at the counter who PATIENTLY walked us through various app questions, was over the top for a fast food restaurant. The lady who brought our food was courteous, the food was great and the restaurant was clean. Very refreshing after experiencing the decline in service and food at restaurants since 2020. Great job managers and franchisees. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

This is by far the best Whataburger location I have been in. (Candelaria and Eubank) Customer service exceeds expectations. Every employee was very friendly and helpful. I loved the Christian music playing. This may explain the greatness in service. Unfortunately, I dont remember the nice ladies name who took my order, but wish I did. Exceptional! I was there around 11:30 AM on Saturday November 29th if that helps.

Tea tastes like they have never cleaned their machine. Really slow and consistently get orders wrong. Drive through is super slow compared to going in.
Had it delivered and never received it. Dasher said it was the store so I called and they didn't have it in there store still

Went through the drive through.They forgot half my order, then I had to go inside. Really pretty filthy inside, then two of the main employees go outside to vape.Didn't even care to finish my order. Used to be good here now.It's gettin ridiculous.

The Patty just absolutely melts in your mouth and the cheese, how is it possible to be so delicious!? I don't always finish my burger but it is the legit most delicious even microwaved!! Mind blown. And the world shuts down at 9:00 now but not Whataburger they are Troopers!
