Customer service. We weren't even greeted. Not a single "Hello". The guy in the front with light brown hair was not even wearing a hairnet. He isn't even friendly. He doesn't say anything at all. The place was filthy. The tables weren't clean and there was food on the floor. I do not recommend dining in here.
The fries were half full on two orders of fries, 5:15pm. Burgers and fries were room temperature, and the cashier at the window was unfriendly, rude.

Ordered through the app and had someone pick up for me. He was given the food bit no drinks even after he asked if that was everything. Called to inform and was told I had a manager on the line. She informed me I could go by and pick the drinks up, but claims she only handed the food over, and said that the individual picking up the food left. She was quite rude during the vast majority of the conversation. I hope the staff here, primarily the manger gets more training on customer service, and how to ensure pick up orders have everything Ordered and paid for before the customer leaves.

Great Whataburger location. Staff was friendly, facility was very clean, food came out in a timely manner and was as ordered. I saw two employees walk through the dining area making sure everything was clean. Rare to see these things today. Please stop in for a bite to eat, I’ll be revisiting this location.

The employee was nice, But she just seemed to wanna rush us thru our order. Not listening to how we wanted our didn't want certain items on our burgers. After we got our food my husband's burger contained condiments he didn't ask for. Over all everything was good.
