I stopped in and went into the restroom. There was a person in there for quite some time. When they finally came out I saw that it was an employee. She walked straight out and went right back to work without washing her hands. When I told the guy up front he said it was none of his business. That’s freaking disgusting and no one cared.

Not sure what's happened to this location but the service is horrible and the food is mediocre at best. Come on Whataburger!!! You guys make burgers all day long there's no need for me to have to wait 20 minutes after paying just to be rudely mouthed off by a young unprofessional girl when I asked about my order.

Double check your order before leaving! Ordered a #1 with no onions and pickles, repeated my order twice to the drive thru cashier. Sticker and receipt is absolutely wrong. Recieved my order and discovered my burger had onions and lettuce only so I literally had to scrap off the onions and lettuce because I work 15ish mins away and I don't have time to go back and waste my lunch minutes. Also didnt recieve a straw for my drink and the Dr. Pepper is absolute watered down.

Waited in line for 1/2 hr at the drive thru back out went inside every one standing around looking right at me didn't say word I was ignored so I left went somewhere else 🙃

I waited 40 mins for them to slop my burger together. One patty was in California while the other stopped off in Texas lol and the sauce... While I appreciate they didn't skimp on the sauce it would've been nice to have it ON THE BURGER instead of the paper and the buns 😭
Night crew was way better. The manager here too is super nice. I normally go after 5pm dashing but I went today around 1pm for my own order. But these kids... I swear to gawd these kids just wanna be a body. Making $15 an hour, already there, just finish the job... I make $2 an order and have to drive across town and I don't make a mess or take as long as y'all do. But hey, while the boss is away the workers will do whatever the hell they want 😭😂👀🤦
