Our students were greatly appreciative of the fast service. Despite the high volume, your team handled our orders with impressive speed and efficiency, Wow! More importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome rather than like a burden. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Was here January 7 about 3pm and your worker at the window was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude also witnessed several employees with no hairnets or gloves well handling food.

This location used to awesome but lately it seems like they are completely understaffed all the time. It shouldn't take me waiting in the drive through line for a hour to get my food. Also lately if I choose to go in to dine it seems like the workers would rather hide or ignore those waiting at the counter to place an order. This place really needs corporate to look into what is going on there and make changes to get it back to the great place it used to be.

My son stopped by this Whataburger and no one was in the line and it took them 10 minutes to even answer the speaker at the drive thru. Then he waited 25 minutes at the window for his food. The person at the window was extremely rude even rolling her eyes when he asked for the order to be read back. He got the order and came home when we found out the chicken tender meal he ordered did not come with fries or the toast. The Dr. Pepper tasted like there was chlorine in it. I called and spoke to a manager Annalise and she said I could get a refund if I went all the way back. When did their customer service get so bad. I know the stores in Texas are always great. The NM district manager needs to step it up.

DO NOT GO HERE! Took 25 minutes in the drive thru to get the food, when I finally get my food, the woman who gave it to me was extremely rude. Get home, and the meal that I paid for was just three chicken tenders, no toast, no fries. When I called them and asked for a manager took another 5 minutes to get a manager on the phone and she was no help. This place has gotten worse and worse over the years, it’s horrible now.
They have truly turned things around. Great service.

How dare these women be racist towards me in my own country maybe they need to hire a manager that's not a lesbian that enjoys laughing at the customers so unprofessional and was obvious when we got our food was made horrible I've never had this problem at any other Whataburger in Albuquerque grow up
