On 4/8/25, I sent in a complaint via their website. As is obvious from this posting date, one week has passed and not one communication from Whataburger. It is CRM: 00280846787, even though I’m quite sure this matters not at all to this company. A week ago, I was a recoverable customer. Heck, yesterday they could have won me back. Ignore your customers for a week when they have a complaint? Naw. No coming back. Even better, the complaint was about being completely ignored at a location in Texas.

The service was good. The restroom needed tending to, but it wasn't too bad. The sweet tea wasn't sweet, but my order was made to perfection.

Extremely slow!! Took almost 20 minutes sitting at the drive thru window to get my food and then it was cold and order wrong

I came in this evening to pick up an order for DoorDash. A girl came to give me my customer's order. I noticed right away when she handed me two drinks that looked dark that my customer's Sprite was not given to me. So I asked her if she could make one of them a Sprite. I showed her on the receipt that one of them was a Sprite. When she brought the Sprite, I asked her if I could get a drink tray because I had to carry two drinks. Well, she never came back. I yelled to the back and tried to see if anybody would come help me. I yelled, "Excuse me!" several times, but nobody ever came. So I tried to contact DoorDash to cancel the order, but I had already marked it as picked up, so I was unable to. Then the manager proceeded to come and tell me that I was not the driver to come pick it up and that they were going to be sending another driver, but DoorDash never unassigned me from the order. I was the only driver who was waiting for the order. I contacted DoorDash again and asked them if they could let them know I was the driver, but whenever DoorDash called them, they refused to answer the phone and then the manager came up to me and she's talking to me while I was talking to the man on the phone and she's like, so are you here to pick up the order? I told her I had been waiting there for 30 minutes to pick up the order. While DoorDash is telling me not to argue with them. I'm frustrated at this point I never wanna pick up another order from here. I didn't even want the current one. Just because this cashier was acting so rude because I corrected her on the sprite and took forever to get me a drink tray, and correct my customer's drink. This customer's food sat there for so long. It was cold by the time I got it to her. I waited there for 45 minutes, waiting for a drink tray and one drink to be corrected.

This place is terrible don’t go here, been here 3 times since it opened and they can never get my order right, foods always cold, cheese is always missing and when you ask for them to change it they just hand you a cold piece of cheese

I ordered from drive through at 10 pm and my order was incomplete there they forgot my fries I was already at home and didn’t want to go waiting in line again for another 30 minutes so I thought oh I’ll just call and get my name in the books for a free fries next time or something but THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONES they don’t care about the customer

Just wasted half hour of my life along with about four others in the outermost drive through lane. After asking why no one was getting their order, I was literally told that lane was not open. Extremely baffled, I asked why then are they taking orders in that lane, and them i'm told I was supposed to merge in the inner lane. Like, just wow. Where is the common sense and courtesy to customers? They literally saw us literally parked and stuck and didn't think to address. Like did they just think we make it a point to hang out in drive thrus. Def not going back. do better whataburger.
