It’s been over a week now since I first reached out to your customer care team about getting a refund for an issue at one of your stores. I called on 10/17 and sent a follow up email on 10/23 and again today 10/27 and still have not received any response back. This is unacceptable. I just want my money back and I’ll take this as a lesson learned about using the app and dining at your establishments in the future if this is what you consider good customer service.
El Paso 198 used to be a Top Tier Whataburger but slowly but surely under Edwardo and their team leader's like Sam, it's become Horrible! The store still has a few good "team members" but even they have told me it has become difficult for them to work there!

I went online to place my order as usual for my lunch break. The app was frozen on the checkout part it never confirmed if it took my payment because it froze. I assumed it didn’t go through and went to eat lunch elsewhere where the next day I checked my email and saw that the order went though I came in hoping to get the food I prayed for the day before they refused. They made me wait for 20 minutes to talk to a manger just to say no to not giving me food. Horrible management.

I really don't know what happened, but the service was terrible. I waited over 30 minutes for a burger. At one point, I thought it wasn't a fast food restaurant. This made the atmosphere unpleasant, as several people were going through the same thing, and I was so hungry that I couldn't enjoy the food.

Absolutely ridiculous for the manager to catch a nasty attitude with me because I pointed out that all of my party's food was cold and missing multiple items. The team member I spoke to was very polite but her boss, the female manager on duty is a nasty foul person, and I'm sorry that anyone has to work for her. I've worked in restaurants my whole life and would NEVER talk to a customer the way this person did. Here's a news flash: the food that was there was cold and mediocre, and half of it was missing. DO NOT EAT AT THIS WHATABURGER, THERES ANOTHER ONE 2 MILES AWAY! Sad part is I really like whataburger too. I HOPE OPERATING MANAGER ALMENDRA MEJIA SALAS READS THIS: DO BETTER BECAUSE YOU ARE MEDIOCRE

Good food but the slowest service in the city, if you come here you better plan it ahead of time.
The minimum wait for the DRIVE-THRU is 10-20 minutes and can max out at 30.....a half an hour from the time your order is taken at the speaker/display
