No matter the time, customer service and the quality of food should be respected to create a great customer experience. I did not receive that this early morning. I ordered online and got to the location within a reasonable amount of time of ordering. Yes, we got our food in a good time but when the girl came out she said annoyingly , “next time when you order online this late at night, order through the drive thru and ALSO we don’t have your shake so just get e refund through the app”….If you didn’t want a curbside late at night, why give the option??… I had trouble finding the part to get a refund for the shake…. Upon getting home to check my chicken strips, the gravy cup was barely even full. Not a satisfied customer at all….

I went through the drive-through, and I ordered my sandwich with cheese, and it didn't come with cheese. I didn't receive napkins or straws. I also ordered some tender strips, and they were hard. My little sister couldn't even bite them. I paid $23 for my food and didn't even get it correct.

If you go to this place make sure to go when you plenty of time otherwise you will be yourselves in line for what seems an eternity. Went to get my son a shake and chicken strips and was in line for 20 minutes! They need to improve their service and get more staff members. Food was descent but nothing worth returning for.

Brand new location! I signed up for rewards in the app and got an offer for a free burger. I thought it was going to be a small little burger like McDonald's gives in their offers of anything free, but this was a large, juicy, fresh, hot burger that Whataburger gave me. It was so good. So tasty. So yum. I ordered in the app, as I had to do to get my freebie. I parked in front of the store in an order pick up space, as instructed. I checked in on the app as instructed. I waited. And waited. And waited. No one brought out my food. I called the store on the phone and explained my situation. They seemed to be aware of me and my order. A few minutes after I called, a young man brought my food to my car. He apologized for the delay. Maybe there are still some glitches in the system. But the free burger was delicious.
