We have been to this location multiple times and every time we have been disappointed. Things made wrong a couple times and EVERYTIME things missing from our order. Usually multiple things. This particular time they gave us our meals without the fries and without the cookie we ordered. Not sure why this location can’t figure out to check the bags before they hand them to the customers. We will go out of our way to go to another place.

This location still has a lot of work to do on training staff, management, getting orders correct, getting orders out in a timely manner, and hot and fresh. I had hoped it would improve after several months of being open and getting established, but we are constantly disappointed every time. Our order always takes 20 mins to prepare, and if you order online, get ready to wait well past the time that app says your order should be ready. Something is always missing and/or is incorrect on our order. Today I received a burger with zero toppings, when I actually added extra toppings along with the traditional toppings. The employees are polite, trying their best, and visibly stressed, but this comes down to lack of thorough training and poor management.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We come here the service is SO slow. You're waiting almost 20-30 minutes at a time in the drive thru.
They always seem to mess up my order. Under or over cooked. I really hate this Whataburger location. Employees seem to always have a bad attitude and never know what they are doing.

I timed my drive-through experience from start to finish at 40 minutes. 40 minutes for a couple of burgers and drinks. Pathetic. Whoever was working on January 19 at midnight, You should fire that crew they deserve it.
