The food was okay, and the service was good for the circumstances. Unfortunately it was so understaffed that there was one employee working entirely by herself. She took our order promptly and got our food out at a good time. Despite this, understaffing is really disappointing, do better which wich.
Been awhile since I had been in a Which Wich. (back visiting Dallas) Wife & I decided to give this one a try. Service was outstanding! Melanie was able to help us through the process of how to order. I thought I remembered how, but left some things out. She quickly assisted us to get the order perfect. Wife didn't want chips, but she recommended fries, WHO CAN TURN DOWN FRIES! Excellent sandwich! I was the only one in the restaurant and the only employee was right there waiting to take my order. I had the Crab California Sandwich. Never had it before, but it was amazing! Not sure why they aren’t busier.
