I was not a customer of Whiting during the previous ownership, and was a little skeptical after reading some of the recent reviews but decided to give them a try. Glad I did! I purchased 1lb of their espresso and it is delicious. It produces a rich crema when pulling shots and has a wonderfully full-bodied flavor. Price 3 stars. Twice as expensive as a bag of Pete’s or Starbucks, for example. Yes, I realize this is a specialty store.
