The employees here are horrible at their jobs. The lady was nice but she couldn’t get our order right at all. At first she put in for a chili dog when it should have been a chili burger and so she had to fix that. When we got back to eat the burger was a regular burger no chili loaded with mustard. We asked several times. They also forgot to put packets of ketchup and mustard even though we asked for it. The lady seemed frazzled even though it wasn’t that busy. There definitely needs to be more training done at this location.

Two great things are going on at Wienerschnitzel right now they have an computer-assisted ordering which is kind of futuristic and cool. And the second is that they sell their chili in a can now for $5. Now we can have chili cheese fries at home awesome.

Floats are always good here and right now they have peach pie sundaes that are amazing.
This hotel isn’t bad but it’s far from 4 star. Need upgrades. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The pool area is nice looking but there are many people with pool rooms outside smoking cigarettes. You just can’t get away from the smell of cigarettes. The buffet was mediocre and very expensive. I waited 10 minutes before an employee sat me down. In the meantime 3 different employees passed me and never acknowledged me or told me they would be right with me. The place is like a maze to navigate.

Obnoxious bot does the drive orders now. While it is accurate, it also constantly asks if thats all, what do you want, is that it? I would prefer a person thanks. Foods good though and is slightly less expensive than McDonald's. Though fast food places really need to understand who they're selling to.

I’ve visited this place multiple times, and the service has always been great. There are usually two staff members working, and the lady who takes my orders is always friendly, whether I’m dining in or using the drive-thru. The food is consistently made to order, which I really appreciate, and the indoor dining area is always clean.
