Sadly our favorite go to place for wings before sporting events has gone south on food, service and cleanliness. The phone-in order service was a disaster. We tried placing an order with the bot, not good. Talked to employee, told 20 minutes. Got to store in 20 minutes. Then waited another 30 for order after paying. Prices went up and everything else went down. No explanation or apology. Last time for Wingstop. Too many other options.

It’s really frustrating when you order ahead for a certain time because you’re on a time constraint and you get there and they haven’t even started. Just don’t have that option if you cant follow through.

I ordered my wife 10 boneless wings for a lunch carryout and when we open the container when I got home, it looked like five boneless wings and five chicken nuggets. The nuggets had hardly any chicken in them, so 2/3 of it was crispy coating. We've ordered wings from them before and we're always satisfied, but their boneless chicken wings were a great disappointment. The picture shows the largest boneless wings on the left of the fork and those darker crispy chicken nuggets on the right. That's not a large fork either.

We ordered 3 meals to go. 2 meals were none in wings, a 6 piece and a 8 piece. The 6 piece was normal, but the 8 piece were these little tiny wings like those mini ones you find in the grocery stores. They also forgot to put 3 orders of fries in the bag and those come with the combo meals we purchased. We called the store and like always they treat us like we are lying and let use know they will not do anything about the mini wings and after they investigated and figured out they really did short is a order of fries they said well we will give you a fry credit. That’s how they treat their customers at this Wingstop. And this is not the first time we have had issues here. We end up going back because it’s the closest one to our house but we are done with there rude customer service and they never fix their mistakes. They ruined one persons meal and will only replace half of it. We are done!!!

I arrived to collect an order for Uber Eats. The service was excellent. I was permitted to use the restroom, for which I am very grateful, and my customer's food was prepared promptly.

DO NOT order the boneless. I know it’s cheaper but it obviously is not worth what you get.
They were either THIN or a 1/4 of a man’s palm. They were not worth the $15 and definitely did not feed anyone. Also very VERY dry as seen in the photos. Go to a different location if you want to save some money and get boneless.
This HAS to be the bottom of the frozen bag whatever is leftover. Never coming back to this location despite it being convenient.
