Sadly our favorite go to place for wings before sporting events has gone south on food, service and cleanliness. The phone-in order service was a disaster. We tried placing an order with the bot, not good. Talked to employee, told 20 minutes. Got to store in 20 minutes. Then waited another 30 for order after paying. Prices went up and everything else went down. No explanation or apology. Last time for Wingstop. Too many other options.
