3 MONTHS to get a refund processed!
Made a large online order 2 hours ahead of when I wanted to pick it up for a party. Went when it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't even started my order. They expected me to wait another hour and a half because because they were busy. I demanded a refund (as did 3 other groups) but the manager refused to come out of the kitchen and the person working the register didn't know how to refund online orders. She just told us not to worry that they would get refunded but it would take 7 to 10 days to process. I asked for a print out or something but she couldn't give us anything. It was ridiculous. like the entire place was run by incompetent children with people getting more and more upset. I should have taken a video of her promising that we will get refunded but I didn't.
Disputed the charge with my bank and they tried contacting the business in writing. No response. They tried contacting them again, finally agreed to refund. This took 3 MONTHS!
Generally my least favorite place to get wings, but it was down the street from the party. In the past (when they actually made my food) it was usually a mixed bag of some under-cooked, some overcooked and dry, and after trying all of the different flavors, none of them are really all that great.

35 + min dine in only one in the lobby! never got food finally asked for money back! Watched them make order after order.and watch employee and manager talk crap the whole time cooks working hard but have no clue what to make I guess. not happy one bit only 8 wings and French fries pretty hard order so I guess they could have offered a refund and food but no just back lash from the cooks lol great work guys and put I changed my mind in recipt I never leave comments but yall deserve some good words for your good work keep it up I won't be back!

I ordered my fries well done (I always do) and for whatever reason from this location, they always come cold and soggy. I paid $2 for a side of celery sticks, and I got literally 3 SLIVERS of celery. Service is slow, they leave your food to sit on the counter for a while before they'll even call your name. Food has gone cold by then. I do not recommend ordering from eubank location. I always go to the one on montgomery and have never been dissatisfied.

Great meaty wings! Tried the medium wings with the sauce on the side. The LEMON PEPPER WINGS ARE AMAZING!! They make your food when you order, so they are always fresh!!! The fresh fries are EXCELLENT!!!!

Ordered delivery from this wingstop, I got $75 work of food. The order was canceled by the store right around when it was said to be delivered and they still charged me for it. I called to see if I could get a refund and have been on hold for over 30 minutes

It's unfortunate that we got food poisoning. We hadn't eaten there in a couple of years, our girls were excited to have wings. $70 dollars down the drain. I've never had food poisoning that bad before. And to top it off the guy wearing a worn out coivd mask was rude and inconvenienced by our order. We thought he was just having a rough day. But all 5 of us got really sick. Don't eat here!
