Okay. So I came in here on a Thursday between 2 and 3 o'clock. Only two ladies were working, and they did amazing! The quickest I had ever gotten a wingstop order. They were very organized, courteous, and the food was excellent!
They took forever on my order sat here for over 45 minutes

I ordered online and it said pick ready 2:42pm - 2:47pm I am right across the street and left right at 2:47pm when I got there I checked my order and the fries were cold so I asked them if they can remake it because my order said ready between these times and I came when it said it's ready. She flat out said No. I tried explaining to her that online it says ready between these times and she said my meal only takes 10-15 minutes. I said that fine but online it said ready at this time and when I come at the time it says, my fries are soggy and the did not want to remake them. She then threw away the whole order and said my refund will be returned in a few days. I'm a regular here but after my experience I will never come here and I will share my experience where I work so that no one else comes here and have the same lazy horrible experience.

I ordered online , when i got my bag , i opened the bag just to see my fries where dumped inside the bag & my ranch just thrown onto the side of the bag. i always order at this location & it’s my first time experiencing this.

The service was horrible. The cashier was extremely rude and when I asked for my wings to be extra crispy she got frustrated and told me it would be an upcharge (I've never been told this at any other location) I then said alright and she got upset and said she would need to redo my entire order to which I replied that was fine. Well guess she didn't feel like doing it or realized I knew she was lying about the upcharge because she didn't do it. My wings were nowhere near extra crispy and my fries literally didn't even have any seasoning on them. Absolutely disgusting.

Made me miss my kick off game 49ers and cards. They messed up my order and had to reorder. Missing 8 minutes of the game already. Still waiting for my order.
Placed order online to wrong wingstop. Called immediately and was told I can't cancel my order. That I could get store credit for 30 days.
