Pre ordered food the day before superbowl when k went to get the order the line was insane! People waiting hours for thier food I was not able to get my food wasted 70.00 bucks never got a refund then got a call 4 hrs after my pick up time that food was ready. Very unorganized !

Worst experience I've ever had here. I had an online order for a pick up at 3pm, and didn't receive my food until 5pm. Not one worker would help resolve the issue, just a lot of rolling eyes and shrugged shoulders. Other online orders for for 3:30 and 4:00pm were going out, but no cared about my 3pm pick up order. So disappointed.

I ordered boneless wings well done. (The same way I always get them ) When I got home not only were the wings burnt so were the fries. Seem like the food was forgotten. I called the store and they said they can’t do nothing about it because I selected well done. This store is very unprofessional. people who we spoke with were very rude. I do not recommend this location.

It's a good location. Always buzzing and the staff can clearly handle a busy weekend. Other locations have made me wait upwards of an hour and a half for online orders. But this place always has me in and out in 5 minutes.
The food is always good and correct. What more could you want? It's a good location with compotent management and the staff always seems friendly enough.

Cashier forgot to send our order to the kitchen took 45 minutes to get our food after traveling 13hrs in the car. Only for the food to be terrible, wings not tossed correctly, cold French fries, and my bone in wings were raw. I've worked this job before it isn't hard but I guess it when the whole building is ran by children
