This place is always busy and can never get my food right. After waiting for so long, I checked my food but it was incorrect and my fries were burnt so I sent it back. When it came back my food was the exact same and I realized I just wasted money and time at this place. This was an online order but I was inside the store for 35 minutes. Won’t be coming back here, in fact I wish I can get my money back.

Manager was yelling at my wife because she wanted extra Parmesan. Called location to get managers name and she hung up on me. She is very disrespectful and had a bunch of hickies on her neck. Very disappointed with how we were treated.

This restaurant has lost my family's business. We all had a rough eating experience with Wingstops food and long drawn-out service. The fry oil they use is cheap, and it hurts their quality of their products. Plus, if you pay with cash. Allot of their younger employees do not know or care how to count back your change.

as I type this STILL with dripping fingers I never had such perfect wings or fries in any state .Alyxandria did a amazing job and the whole staff paid very close attention to details . I asked for well done wings and got WELL DONE WINGS fries were FRESH and well seasoned and everything was just very good . High key very disappointed to know I won’t ever probably have such good wings again but you guys did an awesome job 5 star all the way around . You guys made our trip very memorable - just a happy customer all the way from TEMPLE , TEXAS .

Host Miseal was a bit rude, waited about 45 minutes for a 6pc combo and one chicken sandwich, pretty unbelievable especially after about 15 other guests ordered and came in and even to go orders weren’t ready and waited about 30 minutes just like me. The staff was slacking and then got slammed making wait times even more long. Customers were looking pretty upset too besides me.
Amazing food amazing service very friendly staff excellent drink choices as they have a coke a cola freestyle machine and the cashiers recommended me many good options 10 out of 10 im coming back multiple times a week just for the atmosphere and friendly

Delivery time change was never conveyed to door stop. Given ample time of our change wing stop made the order 45 minutes ahead if time. That change was never transfered to doorbstop thus COLD WINGS.Be careful of delivery orders.Great wings just cold.

Went in to order and the person taking my order simply didn't know what they were doing. Took them a solid 10 minutes of toying with the computer to put my order in. Then they got my order wrong and forgot to put my name in. After I brang up the error in my order I was assured that the cooks will fix it. Welp... upon getting my food they didn't get it right. It's also important to add that it took 30 minutes to get my food. So I went back Into the building and told them the mistake and they "fixed it". Just for me to get back home and see that they didn't even give me my last fries plate. And the fries I did receive were burned. Like they were inedible. So I called and they said I could come back and get 2 fries plates (still missing one)....
