Wings are always cooked to perfection. Prices are legit. Not overpriced like other wing spots. The whole staff is always busy and pumping out delicious wings. Thanks y'all!

Ordered for delivery through Uber Eats. The restaurant didn’t include part of my order. Their resolution was I go to the store to pick it up. I ordered delivery for a reason. They then told me if I wanted to resolve further it would need to wait until after Thanksgiving because the manager didn’t want to talk to anyone. Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service, I did an order on Monday the 10th it was stolen and the order was canceled by wingstop, I called the night of and they said I would get a refund in 3-7 business days and that if I don’t get it by a certain time to call and ask for the general manger Shelby or whatever, on Friday the 14th I called and spoke to her and was told that they can’t do anything multiplayer times and how she has no idea about the situation and how no one told her about it and how wingstop doesn’t do refund, what type of food place doesn’t do refunds, and she also said how it’s on DoorDash, they also said they will start the refund process . The next Monday the 17th and the following Wednesday they called me back and asked details about the order and what was on it and how much it was and I was told I would receive a text from the district manger that would help me with my refund. I got a text today saying they started the refund and it was gonna be 4-5 business days, why is my refund barely being processed as of now 2 weeks after I order the food, We then spoke on the phone and he said he was barely hearing of my refund the day off it’s absolutely ridiculous it’s taking this long for them to even notice my refund, and When I asked for something to make up for the two week wait I was told i can have a 30% discount and that I have to use it within 30 day. I was also told by the district manger that he can’t do anything and can’t give me “money out of his pocket” I think this is absolutely unacceptable the fact it’s taking 2 weeks for them to even start my refund and the 30% discount is ridiculous which would be around $8 of my order. With the two weeks I waited $8 is nothing, and the district manger saying he can’t give me money for his pocket is unprofessional and rude never once did I even hint at taking extra money. Also why did no one know that I needed a refund from the order that was canceled by wingstop, how did it take them up to Friday to even notice that I never got my food and never received a refund.

With beef prices out of control, we all need to find what we believe to be the best chicken spots and it would be hard to find a better prepared chicken sandwich than this one. No other franchise to my knowledge has the same plan for delivering an individually created order in such a reasonably quick time. Chick fil-A delivers a very tasty sandwich, but that is a standard, fast-food item well managed. Here you can watch a conscience grill team make one for you and a different one for the other members of your dining group and both will be extremely happy with a flavor tuned to the individual taste buds.
As one who eats out nearly every day and has to manage his budget, it just makes sense to eat here once or twice per week.

Placed an online order, the wait was over an hour. I went to pickup after the time they told me, and my order hadn’t even been started yet. I was told it would be another 40min before my food was ready. They said they’d give a refund but that I had to wait until the next day to get it. Not good business.

Have been doing Wingstop Fridays for a couple of years now…. This location has consistently been horrible with their orders, this last time I waited for an hour and half… during my wait learned that they have employees walk out consistently as the current employees threatened to walk out… just wish their management actually listened to the feedback of their reviews
