Exceptional customer service! The manager on site was accommodating to my order. Him and his staff were so polite! They were very observant and even asked how we were doing . Manager Brought us extra napkins to our table. always a pleasant experience every time I come here ! 5 STARS! 🤍

I love wings!! Honestly this is my first time being in this wingstop! The food is awesome THE SERVICE NOT THAT GOOD! OUR HOST/CASHIER WAS ON HIS PHONE NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO MY HUSBAND ORDER WE ASKED FOR SUBSTITUTION WITH THE LOADED FRIES AND HE ONLY CHARGE US FOR ONE! WE ALSO TOLD HIM 3 TIMES IT WAS FOR HERE SINCE HE ASKED US SO MANY TIMES AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO REPEAT THE ORDER NAME TWICE SINCE HE WAS TO BUSY TEXTING ON HIS PHONE!!! SO MY SUGGESTION TO YOU TERRELL IS PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NOT YOUR PHONE!!! WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS WINGSTOP FOR SURE!!! As a doordasher you get mighty thirsty, went to McDonald's and asked for a courtesy cup of water, and was charged $2.93, for a courtesy cup!!! Came here and asked Arianna if Wingstop did courtesy cups, she didn't hesitate, and even added a beautiful smile, just wanted to say thank you so much for being friendly, helpful, and courteous.

placed an order online, waited 30 minutes. called the store to see if it was ready because when i was placing the order online it said there was a 25 minute wait for my food to be ready. they then say they don’t have it anywhere in their system and that it would be a 1+ hour wait. i was charged $37 for a meal i didn’t receive. What a scam. Now i have to dispute the charges with my bank. There is a reason there are so many other 1 star reviews.

I ordered two different meals, one classic 10 PC and one boneless 6 PC. Both came in boneless even though I ordered one bone in all flats. We were disappointed cuz we never had a problem with them before.
