I've never waited so long for food on a Friday. I'm talking one ten piece combo. Dinner for two, after work. I placed my order at 7:24 and I'm still here at 8:32. I had a long week of work and the app said I only had a 30 minute wait. Very inconvenient cuz honestly I just wanted to pick up some food and go home, not waste my time sitting in a cold lobby.I don't blame anyone specifically. People these days are lazy and fat and the vast majority of the orders in front of me were door dash orders two or three HUGE bags full. Jesus christ.... that's just crazy.I think me and one other guy were the only ones picking up our own food.

This was our first time trying this location. So disappointing, the wings tasted like soap. Idk if they didn’t rinse out the bowl that they toss the wings in. Or what happened. At first I thought I was imagining it and I asked my husband and he agreed.

Worst experience ever. I spent like $128 on food for my family. It took them like 35 minutes to make my food but that's not even the BAD thing. They didn't cook my dinner right the chicken wasn't cook all the way and when I went to complain I was giving a hard time about getting my order redone like if I didn't do something right I ask if I could talk to a manager and the guys giving me a latitude said I'm the manager smh where do they find this people so I wound up wasting $128 for a attitude and no food thanks wingstop

The location is in a terrible location due to all the shady activities and people that hang around there.
Customer service is always good. I mostly go there for the cheese fries and those are great. I love the seasoning they put on them. I can't talk to much about the wings I've only had them a couple times but from what ive had they are pretty good.
