I tried my best to order correctly this time, I specifically said "May i get the six piece, bone-in wing combo? Half garlic parm and half naked?" The server, with one earbud in his ear, says "So 3 garlic parm, 3 naked?" I told him "Yes, please. For the seasoned fries, may I add parmesan?". The rest of the transaction seemed fine but when I checked the wings, I somehow ended up with an 8 piece boneless combo. It's the correct flavors, the bag had the right name. I just don't know where I went wrong :(

Zero management or accountability of any kind. Staff is bunch of young kids with no training in customer service. As I walked in to pick my order cashier looked and kept talking to fellow staff member. No greetings and I could care less for it. My food was ready to go before I got there, when she finally addressed me, she said my order isn’t ready. 10 mins past my due time I ask another employee regarding my order and he picks up my order which has been sitting there since before I walked in and handed it to me. Make it worse, I get back in my truck start driving and my fries are missing. This location is a circus. I would have love to add photos as proof but didn’t feel right as they are all young kids with no over sight.

This wing stop was my favorite but my last couple orders had been like most of the reviews here. The wings are dry not cover in sauce at all. I'm not asking for my wings to be on a river of sauce but at least make sure the whole wing is cover in sauce. The staff is really nice always helpful is just the wings.

Please shut this location down. The customer service always sucks. The food always sucks. Of course I could go to any other Wingstop, but this is the closest to my home and is located conveniently. With that being said, I choose to go to this Wingstop because most of the time I enjoy the food, but this location never seems to wanna make their orders right no matter how many times I try to give it a another chance. I’m sick and tired of spending my money where they don’t care to train their employees right.
I came in a few days ago with a group of my friends and we had the nicest and cutest cashier named Steven, he was very kind hearted and amicable. I will definitely be coming to this location more often
