I just tried to place my order and a younger gentleman answered was trying to play games by making a fake voice when taking my order and told me I cannot make an order online over 25 dollars! I’ve never heard of this ever making an order so I placed my order over the phone at a different location! I was only trying to order two wing combos and still couldn’t do that the younger gentleman changed his voice to normal I would like to report this to the higher corporations

We're from California and stopped by for a late night meal! We walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile by Julio and Luis! They were literally the nicest cashiers and cooks we've ever encountered in New Mexico! Definitely recommend even for a late night meal! They deserve to get a raise ! Thank you guys for the hospitality!

Every time I go to this store every single time they forget something in my order and for a third time ckn was undercooked and dnt wanna go back to the store after a long day at work just wanna get home and chill n eat food but this happened a few times they just need to learn to do better overall

Bone on wings are always under seasoned everytime I come here and sitting in a bath of grease. My order today was cold and not made to the specifications I put into the website. Overcooked tenders, and I could tell that they were old and sitting out for a while. Fries were good though. When I came in to pick up my order, 2 people in front of me were complaining about their orders as well

Food is good but I tried to get ahold of a representative at the store for 3 hours. I called 10 times and was on hold from 10 min to 30 minutes for each call. When I came in and spoke to an employee she had no costumer service skills and did not provide any help. I told her she should tell the manager about the phone issue and all she said was “ya.” An apology or just acknowledgment would have been great. My food was also not ready in time-l even after I was 15 minutes early for a 100 wing pickup.

We ordered fries, and veggies with our wings and only got like maybe 15 and that’s both “baskets”. The veggies look like they’ve been sitting for an hour or more. Please fix the these problems for better service. Our food is good but shitty visit
