Bone on wings are always under seasoned everytime I come here and sitting in a bath of grease. My order today was cold and not made to the specifications I put into the website. Overcooked tenders, and I could tell that they were old and sitting out for a while. Fries were good though. When I came in to pick up my order, 2 people in front of me were complaining about their orders as well

Food is good but I tried to get ahold of a representative at the store for 3 hours. I called 10 times and was on hold from 10 min to 30 minutes for each call. When I came in and spoke to an employee she had no costumer service skills and did not provide any help. I told her she should tell the manager about the phone issue and all she said was “ya.” An apology or just acknowledgment would have been great. My food was also not ready in time-l even after I was 15 minutes early for a 100 wing pickup.

I ordered online. Wait was 15-20 mins. I got to wingstop in 10 minutes. They told me it wasn’t done yet. I said okay and waited. 10 minutes later they told me it was done. I grabbed my bag and went to my car. I opened the bag and the ranch lid wasn’t on. The wings were cold! How to wings that just come out of the fryer cold in 1 minute! Food was gross. I’ve been to wingstops all across this country. This was by far the worst one. They did me dirty with this food. I hope I don’t get sick. I can’t believe I still ate some of it. 🤮🤮🤮
Gives cheesy dip instead of blue cheese… check your bag before you leave. The amount of times they mess up in crazy

The rub on the wings was a buttery saucy mess, not a rub. The garlic parmesean wasn't even on the wings, it was just a melted mess at the bottom. Two orders of fries were ordered, one was ordered with extra seasoning which it definitely lacked seasoning period. The second order was with extra seasoning and cooked longer, again there was no seasoning on the fries at all and the fries were undercooked, almost raw. Even asked the guy at the counter which fries were cooked longer and he said they changed their oil in the fries so they don't brown up anymore, so you can't tell if it was cooked longer. I said "look in this bag and tell me which one was cooked longer" he again stated the oil was changed.
Solid 1 out of 10 for our meal and this location. Worst experience ever.

I had wingstop that I had ordered when I received my food it was so cold and when I was bitting into my fries they were literally flavorless they were gross my food was disgusting I’m very disappointed in my order my hot wings Barelyyyyy had the hot wing sauce on it and my lemon pepper wings were so oily if I could rate zero stars I would !

Well. They gave us real hot boneless (7) and hot boneless with fried not real food (3). I tried to confront a manager but that manager is woman and smell too strong cigarette. Her mouth spreading to pass my face. I don't know if she telling the truth or not.
In Los Angeles, Wingstop gave me full real boneless all the time. I don't know why did this Wingstop ABQ gave me half real boneless.
