ALWAYS ORDER CARRYOUT. I ordered wingstop online and had it for delivery. The delivery never came but the food got picked up. guess this location is just giving out free food to anyone who looks at the delivery screen and asks for anyone's name who's on the screen. I called the wingstop by phone and they left me on hold by the time it took me to drive there I was still on hold and just hanged up the phone. The guy making the wings was not wearing any gloves at all obviously that is not santitary. Bad customer service overall. No manager to be found. They did remake the order but mind you i ordered at 3:39pm and did not leave with food in my hand until 4:55pm

Food old. Fries are old and hard wings and cold Also the big girl with long hair doesn’t have her hair up she swing her pony tail around. With attitude and talking shit because I asked for her name, very unprofessional and rude, the young man shift manager was helpful and nice re made the food.. for working in food your hair should be put up, in a hair net if long. Also maybe invest in warmers to put to go orders, especially online or delivery. Just to help keep people food warm,

I went in there was four girls just standing around one girl decided to help me took my order. I told her exactly what I wanted. They failed to put my barbecue sauce on the side and then they fail to put barbecue sauce on my other order. The one of the girls said that it’ll be ready in five minutes. I told her take her time. Make sure it’s done right and sure enough my order was wrong. That’s what happens when you hire kids that could care less

These guys were awesome. Super friendly service, and covered all the bases. Food was fast and fresh. I would definitely return, customer service was exceptional. (Came on the 22nd, during the noon hour).

Service horrible I called in an order and they cancelled it and told me they no longer take orders after taking my order makes no sense who closes an hour before 12am isint that your job? Open till midnight?
No flavor compared to any wing stop I’ve been to. So customer review is terrible. I also DoorDash and have had issues with this location multiple times including them giving the order to incorrect people and also ignoring DoorDash support phone calls while I’m actively waiting for a resolution and my money is being wasted. Can’t get much more useless than this place. Sorry to anyone who orders from here or gets a DoorDash order from them. Awful experiences either way.
