Not a huge fan of the mall but the food here is excellent seasoned very deliciously I'm eating my food right now and it is so delicious.

The falafel could be improved; I do not recommend it due to the use of pre-packaged, rather than freshly prepared, batter.

Halal option at the mall that makes it great already. Shawarma was served hot with fries. It was good, however, it tasted a bit greasy and heavy. Would still have it again!

I would leave it 0 stars if I could. Came in and placed an order at 5:46 for hummus & farfalle, it was fairly busy. My girlfriend and I waited 50 mins to receive this order and there was no sort of apology for the wait or compensation offered. I wouldn’t go here unless you have a TON of patience to wait almost an hour for some appetizers.

Oh this place has delicious food. Generous portions. Very tasty. You have to wait though and the order you are served is odd. But the food is wonderful.

Vegetarian options: I'm not too sure. They are all about meat

Parking: There's plenty of spaces in any of the mall parking lots. All free.

Kid-friendliness: There are cars in the mall that children love. Plenty of space to let kids relax a bit and eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: The mall has two elevators and two more in stores

Let me tell you, I have been looking for some good chicken over rice here in Albuquerque. This BY FAR the best in the city. The rice was perfect, from flavor to texture. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauces had just the right amount of spice and flavor. Not to mention, the service was excellent! I plan on making this place a weekly visit. If you haven’t tried this place, I suggest you do asap!

This place is discussing . The guy that took my order was digging in the trash getting the ticket numbers and then going to the back making orders without replacing gloves . He did it numerous times and when I mentioned it to him he didn’t see anything wrong and continued making food without changing gloves ?

I rarely leave negative reviews but this establishment deserves one. Had I read the recent reviews rather than simply looking at the overall rating I would have known not to eat here so that's on me.

Being from out of town I didn't realize this was a fast food counter in a mall food court so it was a little challenging to find. Once I arrived at the counter I found three employees standing in the back of the shop chatting and facing away from the counter. I had to yell three times to get anyone's attention. Once I did they couldn't figure out which order was mine although they only had one online to-go order waiting to be picked up.

I could have gotten over the location and the poor customer service if the food had been any good. I ordered the lamb shawarma plate. The lamb was diced into tiny pieces and was overcooked, chewy and greasy. Neither the lamb nor the rice had any flavor except grease. The salad was drowning in Greek dressing.

I've learned my lesson and will look a little more closely when placing my dinner orders in the future. 100% do not recommend.
