Laid back coffee shop with very good local pastries.

Incredibly cozy and busy on a Sunday. I ordered the Zia latte with dark chocolate and oat milk and was probably the most amazing thing I've had in a long while. It was so creamy, I loved it. The line was long and the baristas were a little frazzled but still maintained friendly service and produced a really enjoyable drink. I will be returning on my future visits to NM!

ZENDO I LOVE YOU. This cafe is clean, modern, and unpretentious. I love the artsy vibes and community seating, as well as the unique drink choices. The Zia latte is my personal favorite. The best thing about Zendo, in my humble opinion, is the pastry selection: they feature local bakeries, including The Witching Flour (one of my favorites). I will gladly make the trek to this location for delicious coffee, pastries, and helpful staff. Bonus: the natural lighting in the mornings is GORGEOUS.

Let’s just pause and honor all the great coffee shops in Burque. Zendo’s is no exception! The coffee is spot on.

Nice little coffee shop with friendly service. Coffee is great and they use a lot of spices in their coffee offering a better experience than Starbucks or most other coffee shops in Albuquerque. They can be a little slower than a chain but it is worth it.

Zachary is the best barista ever!!! Love this location and the one on second as well! I come once a month to NM and I make sure to always go here for the great attentive service!!!

One of my favorite coffee shops, Zendo is unique in its design and service. The coffee shop is very aesthetic and clean and the workers are very friendly and personable. It's a great place to be served then left alone to study or do work on your laptop. My only concern is that there is no sign in front that does the shop justice in advertising it. I always get the iced Zia latte from here and it's consistently made well. I like that they are bio friendly here and offer metal straws for their drinks.

Cute spot on the south side of town. Friendly staff that helped me decide what I wanted. I got the rose and lavender latte at first(a little sting on the lavender side) and ended up with the dulce de leche. Banana bread was excellent and full of flavor. Great outdoor space with tons of seating! They also do art installations which was awesome and added to the vibe.

We had a great staycation at El Vado! The room was nicely appointed and all the staff was fabulous... special shout out to Mr. Neil Elliot who took the time to give us some detailed historical info about the motel. We'll be back!

We came in after a run in the bosque near the aquarium so we just wanted a regular coffee afterwards. We got the "daily pour" light roast. It was really good and only $3 plus you get one free refill. They have some assorted sugars and agave out to sweeten your coffee if you prefer. There were a variety of amazing sounding beverages that I would love to try next time I come in. My partner ended up getting tempted by one of the chocolate cake donuts in the display case and it was excellent. Very moist and flavorful. On an end note, the barista was not very friendly so that was kinda awkward but I try not to judge. Perhaps she was having an off day. We will be back :)

Really like the lavender espresso latte but they do not give you a receipt so that you can keep track of the charges on your credit card. Pricey but tasty!

Ok, five stars right out the gate for using coffee ice cubes in their iced coffees so that the drink doesn't get all watery long before you're done. SO extra important on a 99F day like today! Lost half a star for their total ordering confusion - they don't call out names, they make and put drinks on the counter without clarifying who they are for, and evidently the guy who took our order uses his own shorthand which the girl making the drinks doesn't necessarily also follow. After much back and forth with which of the SEVERAL unclaimed drinks lined up on the counter was ours, finally the guy who put all the orders in had to come and clarify which glass belonged to which person from all the customers still waiting. Why not just jot our names down on the top of the receipts? Earn a star back for deliciousness. Had an iced coffee and ordered another one for the road because it was great coffee. Extra bonus stars for being wonderful supporters of the non-profit that I work for. I've had Zendo's hot coffee at some of our events and have now had the opportunity to check them out. Nice location with seating inside and out. Back patio area is a great place to sit. Glad I finally tried it and will be back!
