The milkiest, most unbalanced latte I've had in a while. Got the bacon burrito, it looks absolutely awful but it tastes okay.
Service was good, they all cared, and were attentive, but obviously the espresso machine or the barista knowledge just isn't there.

I ordered a chai latte with 2 shots which came out to almost $10. It took quite a while to get my drink at the drive thru with only one car in front of me. Once I got to where I was headed with my drink and tasted it, no shots were added. Paying extra for an item made incorrectly is frustrating.

I've been coming here for years, since they opened this location. It's always been such a cheerful, calming atmosphere. A few months ago, I had some issues with this location. The customer service was horrible and the drinks as well which made me very disappointed because I rather spend my money here than starbucks. I did reach out to management team about my bad experiences and they have done an amazing job turning things around. I once again enjoy coming in here and getting my coffee with amazing costumer service and that cheerful, calming atmosphere once again. I appreciate that they listen to there customers and took action to fix it. Thank you so much.

I'm from Tennessee. Been in Albuquerque for past 3 years, but sadly have to go back to TN in November. I'm gonna miss Ziggy's. I haven't found anything like it in or around Nashville. My favorite is the raspberry truffle mocha. Sooooo good.

Too many great drinks to choose from and friendly service!
My son told me about this place and their variety of drinks. Of course I had to try! There’s so many flavors to choose from, I was craving a caramel macchiato-I know, safe choice-but I’ve had some iffy caramel macchiatos where I wasn’t sure if it was caramel 🫤. I got the 32 oz with coconut milk, coffee strength is great, and right amount of ice. We also got a 32 oz beach bum, which tastes like berries and coconut. The flavors in the beach bum are blue raspberry, coconut, pineapple and Ziggis energy.

Not bad, just okay. Coffee seems very overpriced as it was nearly 9 dollars for a large iced coffee. Also, for a coffee place the menu seemed very limited for coffee.

The service is good every time we go. The place is clean, but small and not a great place to sit/work/etc. Rewards program is decent and pricing is average. The biggest reason for 3 stars is just the quality. The coffee is acidic and not as good as competitors. Blended drinks are icey and chunky, not smooth. The food is over-priced but tastes cheap; you could buy a better sandwich or burrito at a gas station.
