Enchanted Vine by Noisy Water Winery

I’ve been visiting this location for years and always had a great experience, unfortunately on June 21 my family and I were very disappointed in the quality of customer service and environment at the establishment. We decided to celebrate and have my elopement get together at Enchanted winery, our family traveled from WA and friends drove hours to celebrate. We were given a 10 minute warning that the entire outdoor and barn was closing due to a reservation but the tasting room was to remain open. That should have been mentioned at the time of our guests arrival (2pm) and opening a tab etc. What made it worse is that the party that reserved the barn harassed my 5 year old and myself for using the restroom in the barn within our 10 minute “warning” by the business. I was called f and b bombs, and chased into the bathroom by the “bouncer,” and yelled to get the “eff” out, and a lot more. This isn’t the businesses fault, but in my years of supporting this business, I was shocked at the lack of transparency and accountability. We really would love to go back and create a more memorable experience.

Noisy Water is my favorite NM winery. Have been to this location twice and really enjoyed both visits. Joseph was such a a cool guy, enjoyed chatting with him! The second visit was just as pleasant. Next time we're down in the Ruidoso area we'll go back to the Enchanted Vine!!

My husband and I absolutely love EV, and this trip we made to Ruidoso, we were able to take our family that came with us, and we all just had the best time out there! The drinks, live music, and charcuterie boards are always such a hit! We enjoy every bit of our time when we’re there! And, of course I had to go home with a couple bottles of my favorite wine from there! The staff is so great, and so is the place overall. I HIGHLY recommend going during your trip to Ruidoso! You will love it!!

Disc golf putting league was an amazing idea on Wednesday nights. However, the server with the half drawn on angry eyebrows was awful. Very ignorant about the wines, unable to answer simple questions to multiple guests. Also, dismissed multiple interested parties in joining the wine club. Constantly waiting on her to finish “standing around” to finish our order. Perhaps someone who likes the product/company should be the face of noisy water winery on higher profile evenings.
