Angel Fired Pizza

I called to place an order for pick-up and was immediately put on hold. After I had waited for 5 minutes I was abruptly hung up on. Very disappointing, definitely won’t bother trying to eat here again.

Ate here for the second time tonight, we blamed the horrible service the first time on them being busy, turns out they just have horrible service. We didn’t receive the refills we asked for til after we where given our bill. The menu clearly states parties of 6 or more can’t be split, our party of 5 was refused to be split, we never refused to pay we simply told her one check wouldn’t work, she threatened to call the cops to which we obliged because nobody was refusing to pay, she didn’t do it because like we all knew she was blowing smoke, our waitress “the manager” informed us that there was a change in ownership in the last two weeks between the time we first ate there and now and she couldn’t do it, which is a load of bs. She lied to us, threatened us, she should look for work that doesn’t include customer service.

The hostess is a nightmare. Pizza is decent. We love Pizza Stop and Zeb’s in Angel Fire. If you can go anywhere else, do it just to avoid the terrible service. The people here are unreasonably rude.

Don’t waste your time or your money. This place has zero respect for customers. The first time we went, they told us the wait would be one hour and then completely ignored us no follow up, no call, nothing.

We foolishly gave them a second chance. They said the wait was 30 minutes. After waiting nearly that long, we were told we now had to wait an additional 45 minutes. No apology worth mentioning, no accountability, just rude and dismissive behavior.

The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and clearly did not care. Terrible customer service and poor management. Absolutely not worth the frustration.

She had us wait the whole 46 minutes and when showed up the waiter told us it’ll be another 45 minutes. Very rude staff, no one smiles.

Worst place ever

The service here was absolutely terrible. It took 35 minutes just to order drinks. Two different tables that were seated after us had their food before us. There were only two waitresses working during an obviously slammed holiday season. Save yourself some time and get a subway sandwich next door.

Never again. Service was bad. Brought out half our order, no napkins. Gave us a bill but didn't even serve us half the food on the bill.

We ordered togo, the person who answered the phone was very kind. The restaurant was busy and the togo still only took 15 minutes. Great pizza and wings!
