I grew up in south west Kansas so if you know anything about that part of Kansas the culture the Mexican food is top tier here the food is good but do not trust the staff to give you what you paid for haha $40 for two people plus a tip and no rice and beans for one meal, buyers plz check ur meals before leaving like can u not cash app me back orrrr?

We ordered a platillo with 3 tacos - carnitas, el pastor, and language. These are the best tacos in northern NM. Authentic flavors that thankfully they haven't been influenced by tex mex crap. The rice, beans, and salsas are delicious!

what a gem hidden in plain sight! we had the tamales and carne adovada tacos. those tacos are definitely some of the best i've ever had in northern NM. Delicious food! the beans are flavorful. nice people too!

Ginormous burritos! You get a lot for the cost. We got sausage with red chile and bacon with green chile. The truck is super cute and has a few places to sit outside. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!
