This is best place to eat slope side at Angel Fire. Their food was absolutely delicious. It was the best meal we had on our trip.

Busy afternoon with a line out the door, but we had food ordered and drinks in hand in minutes. Only waited 10 minutes for food delivered to our table. Enrique was engaging and a great host. Will continue to come back, it’s a great place on the slopes for tacos and margaritas!

have tried this place year after year due to convenience and location - sad to say third time was the final straw. waited over an hour for 2 quesadillas and a taco. the family before us never got their food as the “ticket got lost”. pathetic for a restaurant by the mountain.

Please please being back your old menu! We were there a couple of weeks ago and all the yummy selections were gone😩! Our favorite Taco salad, etc. Also, let your bar tenders custom mix the large serving of margaritas again.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Was first in line, only two or three max tables with people seated. Waited 50 minutes for a grand total of 7 tacos-no sides. and they were cold when they arrived.
Was very disappointed. Spent 82 dollars and our burritos were cold, our nachos were not nachos for 16 dollars. I'm just going to stop and leave it at disappointed.

El Jefe is walking distance from our condo, which was its biggest draw. The friendly staff took our order, and the food was delivered promptly to our table. To me, the food was pretty much as expected, not disappointing but also not outstanding in any way. Older menus I saw online had more children's menu options than I saw today, so I contributed the 8/01/2025 menu with this review.
