Chris Scelza is an amazing chef and personally made sure we each got our desired meal. The restaurant had to cancel our reservations for reasons beyond their control and Chris stepped in and accommodated each need we asked for. He returned to the table, often, to be sure we were taken care of and provided a fabulous dining experience. His customer service and chef training made our evening special.

Steak dinner was excellent. Other choices were sparse and one of our group received poor food. Good service.

The dining room space was lovely setting up an excellent evening. We ordered potstickers, followed by the filet and prime rib. All were excellent and cooked to desired doneness. The cheesecake desert was superb. Our server was attentive and gave excellent advice on the menu. There were also a large selection of specials so call ahead and ask what’s on.

Though the food is good, their current menu is limited, with outrageous prices. Additionally, I had change made for $20 in the bar but only received $15. I suppose I should have verified when I was there.

The course is in good shape and we had fun.

We enjoyed dining out on their deck. Excellent mixed drinks and service. But, they have a limited menu... wish there were more choices. We loved their lobster roll... lots of lobster with drawn butter. But it is on the pricey side.

Great mountain golf course! Excellent food & service. The Angel Fire Country club golf staff are tremendous!

We looked at the on line menu to help us decide what we wanted to eat for our last night in Angle Fire. When we got to Elements the menu was totally changed. We wanted the asian chicken salad for $20.00 and the the fish and chips for $19.00. They had a shortened menu that didn't offer the salad and they wanted $28.00 for fish and chips. Very over priced in my opinion. We were very disappointed with the miss leading web site menu and prices for such a high class resort. We both ended getting a burger for $2.00 more then the online menu. Our waiter was great and very apologetic with our concerns and the burgers were also good for a burger. Just not what we wanted or expected from the resort.

Really bad food. The menu was under-cooked, overcooked, over-priced, frozen or fried.
My wife and I along with a couple "across the street" in the Chalets dined on the patio this evening. Service by Anaiise was excellent. She was most pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu explaining some recent issues with a power outage. Our Elements Burgers and salads were well prepared. The Resort continues to do an excellent job managing all its facilities.

We looked at the menu online beforehand and it was considerably MORE than it was in the restaurant. $28 for a French dip sandwich that was so fatty I could not eat most of it. It was a beautiful setting and the wait staff were very attentive. Would not recommend if you are looking for great food.

The food was very poor and expensive. The executive chef left 2 weeks ago. I had the chicken breast which was over cooked. My husband had the halibut and it was dry along wit the potatoes being over cooked. Suggest not going until the kitchen gets under control.
