Went by once to check hours of operation. Made a special trip to Angel Fire when they said they were open. They were closed. If they don't care enough to post hours of operation and actually be open during those hours, they evidently don't need my money and they will not get it, ever.

Best Frito pie I’ve ever had! Great cole slaw, loved the brisket sandwich.
The barbecue, beans, sausage wrap, and frito pie were excellent! We are from Texas and it was great to have some good Texas barbecue this far from home!!

The best BBQ for 100 miles or more. Good folks. I've eaten nearly every menu item. All are good. Nothing negative to say about this place, or these people. Just good quick and easy.

We had a large group arriving after a long day of travel and wanted plenty of food ready. I called the day before to order 8 lbs of brisket. Though they were closed the next day, they offered to start smoking the brisket that night, so it would be ready by the following afternoon. The next day, they met us at the truck despite being closed. The brisket was the best I've ever had—tender, juicy, and flavorful, melting in your mouth. 10/10!
